Forget invitation letter.
An invitation is not a magic key to unlock Obamaland.
Much more important is proving that you will return home after your visit.
Strong ties to return home.
As a Nigerian living in Tanzania you already have a big problem proving your ties.
Work on that and your finances before even thinking about an invitation.

In the three occasions they said you did not meet requirement? Hmmmm something do not seem right...
USA consular are psychologist and more also , they have your records from previous submission... on this 3 occasion what was the purpose of your traveling ? It is hard to really understand your present situation....
The Usa embassy is giving a lot of family visa this past few months so if u really want to have a good chance you go with your family . Good luck

Difficult to give advice when she will not tell us the reason for the refusals.
"Did not meet requirements" covers too many things.

We are not telling you to forget travel.
You came asking for advice, we can only give that if you provide the background.
What were the reason for USA refusals? were they 214B or something else?
We will advise honestly, but that advice might be to save your money.

They are not interested in those countries for visa issue.
They are only interested if you have visited and returned from good countries like UK, USA, or Shengen group.

Also you say you do not know the reason for your visa refusal.
You WERE given a reason at the USA embassy, it is part of there system. You have either lost or hidden it.

If money is that tight then you will not be able to travel anyway!
So save your money until funds can cover Passport, visa and travel.

The difficulty will be convincing the visa officer why you can not get a fresh document.
Th immediate thought is that the funds are no longer available and they will check to find out.

It would be much simpler to get a fresh print out of the bank statement.

Be very careful

On 24 June 2014, the Home Office also temporarily froze the allocation of CASs at University of Bedfordshire
They have a bad reputation for Visa problems.

Do plenty of research first.
Also remember that the reputation will follow with certificates. Employers do not want people from fake schools.

You may get into Canada without difficulty.
The problem may be when you try to return to the USA.
We have heard of people being refused entry in similar circumstances.

You are trying to apply for a Chinese visa so use Google to search their embassy website for information.
The Chinese do not give out visa to Africans and more so Nigerians without hard work.

Please enlighten as I prepare to reapply soon.

Visa officer is not impressed by visits to other African countries.
If you are only going to get a visa stamp you are wasting money.

Strong ties to prove that you will return return home, and good financial record will be much more help.

The best advice is to keep everything simple.
Anything you write or say should be like normal conversation.
No trying to be clever with long words or speeches practised in front of a mirror.
Worse nothing copied from the internet, if you have seen it online, so has the Visa Officer.

Remember. no speeches ! normal conversation words and phrases. grin
