Probably means that you will get your refusal back quicker, and loose your money quicker.
Why can't you follow the procedure laid down?
What was your refusal for?
Have you put right the reasons for the refusal?

Please, there is an issue which 3 different current studying student have been giving different opinions about.
THE ISSUE: visa granted since dec 2015 for MSC, but she could not go till now hoping to defer till spring 2017 (january)
QUESTION: Does she need to go back to VO for another visa upon the 2years validity of previous visa? Can she proceed to her school with an updated I20 with POE issue.

I would say not worth the risk travelling without contacting the visa people first.

For mine, 5 office staffs including me, and 27 factory workers.
Do they ask that during interviews?

How many people does the company employ?
Visa officers see many Nigerian companies with three people
CEO, Managing Director, General manager. All taking turns to push truk in the market. grin

I learnt that one must be earning up to 300 to 400k monthly to be qualified to apply for a visa. A friend advised me to use my brother's company as one of his staffs on a monthly salary of 300k. I will hand over 300k to my brother to pay me as a salary every month. Thereafter, I will withdraw the money bit by bit and hand it over to him prior to month end to pay me as salary. He advised me to apply for a visa after 6months of running the account. That when they see that I earn 300k monthly, they will be convinced that I won't run away after issuing me a visa. Please can this work? Who have done it before and what other ways can I improve my statement of account? Thanks

But my fear is they will see it on his application form that he claim he know someone in Ireland and our surname will definitely match. You are trying to make something that is simple very complicated.

Yes he knows someone, (you) But that does not mean that he MUST stay with you or even visit you!
He knows someone there, (give details.) Honest answer.
He is staying in a hotel (give details) because the person is busy. Honest answer.
Have details of what he intends to do, places to visit.

It is your fathers house to which you have no rights until he gives them to you.
Never mind tribal rituals, this is 21st century law.
If your father sells everything and spends it on girls there is nothing that you can do.

You are honest and accepted the situation, well done for that.

Really you will have to wait a while and build up some funds and ties to home.
You could apply soon but only if you can afford to loose the application fee.
Have a good read of this section and you will learn a lot.

You are un-employed so no job ties to return home.
You have no funds so again no ties to return home.
You want to fill your account with money from sources with no records.

If that is a true transcript it is so obvious, why can you not see it?
You both say visiting different person!

Visa officer thinks "They can not even tell the same story, there reason for visiting is false"
Not only have you been rejected, it will have put a red flag on your record that you were not telling the truth!

Me- becuz d school has a safe environment, tuition affordable, classroom small to enable better interaction btw tutor nd students.

Things here for many to learn from!
We have repeatedly warned people about giving replies that they have over practiced.
The moment that you start one of these speeches it is very clear that you are not using a normal conversation voice.
The visa officer will instantly suspect that your statement is not real.

In this case the visa officer reads through the words "Tuition affordable)
This means that you picked the cheapest school that you could find!

Applying for Jan? ? ? Most schools start after summer shutdown, not Jan 2017, what is going on here.

I have an original copy of my transcript but cannot send that to them and even if I go to apply for another transcript from my school, what they will give me will still be photocopy,stamped and signed by our deputy registrar.
And I need to send my transcript ASAP.

Any answer here will only be people guessing!!!
You must contact you school and ask them, then you will have FACTS.

Calm down!
You will progress better if you stop getting stressed.
Old documents, especially financial and bank statements are very bad.
If you present an old statement the first thought of the visa officer will be.
"Is the money still there? or has it been withdrawn?"

We always advise to present the freshest statement that you can.
Remember they have ways of checking if your funds are genuine.

You can re-apply at any embassy, but remember they will all have access to your records on computer.
You need to address and correct the reason for your refusal before applying again.

And do not post all in capitals, it is like shouting.

How old are you?
As an adult you are expected to fund your own holiday not have mumsy pay!
Presenting bank account for a failing business will not give you strong ties to return home.
You do not have a good case at all for the visa officer.

Start a new one

If you have already lied, don't come here seeking for a magic escape hatch. The only solution is to come clean

Also do not think that you can lie and then go back and say sorry, expecting all sins to be washed away!
The record will stay and you will have to work extra hard to convince the visa officer to issue you with a visa.
The only good point is that by telling the whole truth you may escape a long ban.

She represented a flight risk and the vo cant waste more time in making that decision to deny her.
I can bet she already earned herself a big question mark on her profile with the embassy and she'll have to considerably prove to the vo that she's genuine and harbor no illegal immigrant intent.

If the children have green card by being invited by American born father
but now abandoned and living with "Uncle" their status could be in doubt.
Plus risk of being accuse of child trafficking.

Dark story, getting darker by the moment.
Chance of getting a USA visa is less that the chance of a camel passing through the eye of a needle.

Do the children have a green card by birth? were they born in the USA?
Or did they get a green card by being sponsored by their father?

You guys are rendering great help on this page, I have a sister that has 3 children in the US and the 3 children have their Green Card (Legal Permanent Residence) they invited her and she was denied yesterday 11/04/'16, and she want to reapply because she want to celebrate her 3rd child's birthday coming up in May together with them in the States. My question now are:
1. Can any of these children invite her again?
2. She observed unpleasant reaction when she told the interviewer that the children are living with their uncle, now can she say the children are living with their father (her ex/divorced husband)?
Please, your advice is highly appreciated.

If she changes the story the visa officer will see immediately, everything is on record now forever.
Straight away it will be seen as falsehood she will certainly be rejected again and most probably receive a ban.
Do not not realise that everything is recorded? shocked
