You or you sister should look really hard and honestly at the situation unless you have money like Dangote!

As a failed asylum seeker she will always be suspected of attempting immigration (214b rejection)
She must have very, very strong watertight proof that she will return home after the visit.

Thank you. I'd have exceeded the required age (31)by the time I completed my master's degree. The issue I have is that my folks are bugging me as if the nysc is so important.

If you are a mature student then it is much more important to complete your education.
You have missed NYSC. for all these years do not listed to people stuck in the past with little village mentality!

I finished my undergraduate program this year, and there is an opportunity to further for a masters program in abroad, Meanwhile, the NYSC call up will be commencing by Nov. which would affect my intention of studying abroad. Any future uk visa app you make will be considered on their individual merits, how ever you re likely to be refused unless ther circumstances of the app change. ... No right of appeal....

YOU must read and understand the very clear reasons given for rejection.
You must put these things right before applying again.

You must improve your ties to prove that you will return home after the visit.
You must show that you have sufficient funds and where they came from.

These are the list of doc i submitted:

1. Visa letter from Kings College
2 . Visa introductory letter from my school REGENT UNIVERSITY Ghana, stating that am their student
3. Letter from my Guardian, confirming that they are my guardian and assuring them that i would return after my study including their bank statement. unfortunatly we dont bear the same surnname

4. 1 yearResident permit
5.Transcript
6. ID card
7. School fee receipt from level 100 to 300

Please how else do I prove their legal guardianship. I have change my course to INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS which is more related to ECONOMICS dat am studying..

Sorry but you just do not understand!
Changing your course like that just makes you look desperate to travel.
The VO will look at this and consider you a potential over stayer looking to work.
You need to forget this for a while now unless you have money to throw away.

Well first off to be honest!

No one will understand why a Nigerian would want to spend money to study ancient Greek!
It looks just like a back door to get a visa to work illegally.

Then there is no reason for the people to sponsor you, no family relationship.
Also the bank statements were weak and did not show source of funds.

Re-applying without making MAJOR changes to these details is just a waste of money.
Also you look desperate for the visa which in itself is a BIG red flag.

You are making many mistakes.

Your past application will not affect you if everything was honest.
Tell them that your engagement fell through, it happens all the time and they understand.
You must work on very strong ties to prove that you will return home after your trip.
Then have good finance records and balance to show that you can afford the trip.

I suspect that you are about to be scammed of your money by fake football trials scam.
You will NEVER get anything like permission to work from that route.

You must defend why you could not get a fresh statement close to your interview.
The first thing the VO will think is old statement, money not there now!
They will check that the account is still valid so no tricks!

Before you throw away any more money you must clear up the "With prejudice" cancellation of your last visa.
Until you get that cleared you will be wasting money.
Just trying a different class of visa will not work.
Also the C.B.P. officer can still refuse you entry.

You can, but if the Customs border protection officer does not like your story or is unhappy then you are back home on the next plane!
You need to explain why the change. (Be honest, they are trained to spot lies.)

You can not just buy a visa like yams at the market!
You must convince the visa officer that you have a valid reason for the visa,
but more so you must prove that you will return home after your visit.
