It depends on the shengen country that ua. If ua in Germany, u can enter UK with train but u must posses valid papers connecting you to germany. For instance, as a student in germany, u can goto UK with train but there is a maximum staying period.

Bros, my sister has a friend who is ready to invite and sponsor her visit to U.K, but my sister lacks the relevant documents like sufficient fund, property deed or shares. Now i think I can make two applications - my application along with her own, stating that she is traveling with me to the U.K.. I want to use my personal company's documents to make the application. Though am not traveling, but just to make sure she has the visa. Please, will it scale through or what do you think should be the best way out? Please, need your advice

I intend visiting the US in October. I'm married with kids but I would be travelling alone. The only travel history was an official trip to South Africa for training.
My question is....should I tell the VO that I'm going for tourism (which is actually the purpose). I've learnt from this thread that they see vacation as a family thing. 
Also, what would be a valid response to the question of why I am not travelling with my family.

I applied for US visa last year and was denied, I also applied for canadian visa few months afta I was also denied.
My question is if I apply again for US visa dis year, will my applying for Canadian visa few months afta I was denied US visa last year affect my new application dis year?
I'm jst worried pl help

Hello All, my wife just got a B1/B2 visa and we told the VO that she was two months pregnant but we were not decided yet on whether to have the baby in USA. Now we have made up our mind to have baby in USA, do we still have to notify the embassy. What is your advice.

please i need your help,i was given a paper at the turkey embassy on the 27th of February that says:Your visa application is Not Refused but it has been forwarded to Turkish local authorities for further examination. This process is totally beyond the control of the embassy. please advice me on what to do.

My opinion from other people's experiences on the thread is, sheshould send a letter to the embassy informing them. She has a point in that, she was not asked at the interview which she could state as a reason. However, just like earlier advised, also avoid difficult POEs. I believe she'll be fine with that and all her docs intact. My opinion though

Unfortunately as @worry359 said, you are regarded to be knowingly involved in this fraud and this your proof MAY not be adequate so like I told you, write and get a refund of your tution. Ask Italian embassy to return your docs although I suspect you may not get any including your passport (which will likely be sent to Nigerian Immigration) back

I was told to pay the tuition fee 6000 euros (I've paid), I was to collect my student visa this year jan 21 but I was told to go to milverton (fraud unit) for a fake account statement ,which I also found out its fake ,I've been to fraud unit and my documents weren't there,they told me I have to go back to the consulate on getting there I found out that the embassy didn't take it there for some reasons ,now d sch has started a month ago and have been trying to book online ,they haven't replied me.
Is there a format or way to apply online?
And now that I have an authentic bank statement with me,what should I do ?
Please help a brother.
