Also; if i may point put smtn to yh! Kindly apply for appointment wit d embassy...so u c bfre u rcvd ur letter of cnfrmtion frm d uni uve save alot of tym! Buh b mindful abt ur planned date of trvl atleast let it b 2-3 weeks frm nw!!!

You can spend years in and out of court, paying large sums of money to lawyers to try to get around this.
You can go to live in Nigeria.
You can both go to another country that he can gain entry to and live there.

Or you can find another man without so many problems.

Your visa has now been processed and is ready for collection. We aim to return passports to the Visa Application Centre where you lodged your application within 2 working days.

@girlo: My pasyslip was included, a letter from my hr was in my application, yes there was a spike in income. But In the course of my appeal can i include documents that were not included during my application. And what do you advise, Can i appeal and can you please elaborate on " unless this applies to you"

@ girlfio: The only prove is the narration on my statement as which is ESTACODE IFO "MY NAME", evidence of work was stated in my application. I have not been to the UK before. I hope to include a letter from my folks stating i have parents and siblings to come back to as they have been to the uk with a copy of their visas. hope that would be ok, is their any other details i might be needing and one more thing.
it was stated that
Your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 84(1)(c) of the Nationality immigration and Asylum Act 2002
Hope i can still appeal with this statement

I am trying to apply as a first timer for uk visa, and the shortest period being offerd is 1 year instead of the six month. Iv never applied for uk visa before though iv been granted other EU country visa. Is there something am not doing right?

Again, even though I'm working as a lawyer in my hubby's law firm, he's sponsoring me and our kids, do I need to include my statement of acct? Bearing in mind that I'm a signatory to the firms account + am an associate, is the firms and my hubby statement of acct plus our joint acct of 15m sufficient?
