Health › Re: Amezcua Bio Disc by XAUBulls: 1:01am On Feb 27, 2023
Blenheim:
It is common sense that drinking water is vital, however, there is a way to enhance and improve the biocompatibility of water molecules. Enhancing water’s biocompatibility means that you get more out of every sip while quenching your thirst. There is also a way for your drinking water to increase your energy and harmony levels at the same time. How? By drinking water that has been energised and enhanced by the Amezcua Bio Disc.

The Amezcua Bio Disc is a revolutionary innovation that has gained international popularity over the past years. The Amezcua Bio Disc is able to make your water more hydratious, harmonise your energy levels, and generally increase the advantages of drinking water. The process is simple and seamlessly joins your usual routine; simply place your glass or cup on the disc, or place the disc on top of your drink, and then consume your water as normal. Think of it as either a drink coaster, or a ‘lid’ for your water. Either way, it is working to energise and revitalise your water, and consequently, your body.

The Amezcua Bio Disc energises more than your water. Wash your fruit and vegetables with water treated by the disc and they’ll not only stay fresher for longer, but their taste will be truly enhanced. Your plants can benefit in their nutrient uptake from the soil through being energised with water treated by the Amezcua Bio Disc. Similarly, beauty creams and cosmetics can be energised to improve their absorption rate.

Various renowned institutions throughout the world have evaluated the Amezcua Bio Disc. Among the evaluations and certifications is the verdict that the Amezcua Bio Disc can reduce water surface tension value. This in turn makes water more hydratious, which therefore improves the compatibility of water molecules with the body’s cells. Basically, this means your body can absorb more of what it needs from your drinking water. Water treated with the Amezcua Bio Disc also produces beautiful and perfectly shaped water crystals, an indication of water with high energy levels and good quality. Further tests have indicated that the disc has a “profound positive effect on individuals at energy level”.

Double-blind, placebo-controlled tests have measured the efficacy of the Amezcua Bio Disc in balancing energy centres, revealing it is a very effective method of energising and balancing the human biofield, decreasing energy imbalances, and redistributing pooled energy. What’s more, various test results also reveal that the Amezcua Bio Disc can increase the energy and harmony levels in those who use the disc or drink water treated with it.

The Amezcua Bio Disc is made of technically engineered natural minerals that have been structurally bonded in glass at a molecular level using high-heat fusion methods. Through this combination of minerals and fusion techniques, a positive energy field is created, which allows the Amezcua Bio Disc to transfer its energy field to water and the human body, as has been certified through various testing and evaluation processes. It is this transfer of energy that brings out the best in your water.

The Amezcua Biodisc
« on: May 06, 2008, 06:44 PM »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
This is introducing the Amezcua biodisc (the biodisc)which is  a mineral resource that have been bound together under high quality technological means and is basically a health product.

The biodisc rearranges the molecular structure of water, which is about 70% of the human body constituents, by reducing its surface tension, this allows water to penetrate easily into the body cellls to detox the cells. Most of the water we consume, when viewed under miscroscopes are found to be weak as they have been treated heavily with chemicals and the biodisc trys to correct this by energising the water and rearranging its molecular structure.

Also, the biodisc trys to create a balance in all foodstuff and liquids humans consume, for instance, sugar, if  placed on the biodisc becomes less sweet and is ingested into the body as a less harmful product, especially for people who suffer from diabetes. Sickle Cell Anaemic individuals are also assured of a better quality of life if they continue using the biodisc to treat the food and liquids they consume.

Stroke sufferers have been known to regain the use of the paralysed parts of their bodies through the use of the biodisc.

Please visit  the above website for more information.

NB: The Amezcua Biodisc is made by The Questnet group and full details of the biodisc and how it can be purchased can be seen on this website: world wide web dot quest dot net

To purchase the disc, a member of Questnet group must refer you to the company through his membership number; my membership number is HY793133 and can be verified through their website or through the telephone numbers provided on their website.

You could also get in touch with me at 08052911340 or donyeabo@yahoo.co.uk  for more information on the biodisc .

Business › Re: Is Qnet Company A Scam ? Please Help Me by XAUBulls: 12:33am On Feb 27, 2023
Maryimafidon:
I applaud you for trying to discover who QNET is before taking the next step; at least you have saved yourself and many others like you from an even bitter story if you had fallen victim to any fraudulent activity. The people gave you half-baked truth. My search into direct selling led me to know that QNET has been in business since 1998 and does have a global presence in more than 25 countries and customers in nearly 100 countries. It is also a member of the Direct Selling Association, a self-regulatory industry body with strict rules and codes of conduct in several countries.
It is, however, essential to note that QNET does not offer jobs or travel opportunities in exchange for payment, as you mentioned here. They only reward you with a commission as gratitude for introducing others to purchase their products too. You do not need to pay anyone to buy your products for you, nor do you get a commission if no product purchase has been made or recorded. I’d advise that you get the name of the distributor trying to register you and verify their legitimacy by emailing network.integrity@qnet.net. once when I was almost scammed like this, I sent them an email, and they helped me confirm that I was about to be scammed because those trying to initiate me into it were not registered Independent Reps. Even such reps are not company staff but people who only buy and sell from them. They will do the same for you too.
Crime › Re: Qnet Scam: The Scourge Destroying Nigerian Youths by XAUBulls: 11:51pm On Feb 26, 2023
Chiderachigozi:
A friend of mine fell for this same scam where she was asked to sign up by paying a huge sum of money for job registration at QNET. From what I know, registering on QNET is free and the company does not offer jobs. It is a major direct selling company that offers products ranging from health, beauty, lifestyle and education through an e-commerce platform.

For a couple of years now, I have purchased beauty products from QNET, so I believe I can share the little knowledge I have about the company with you all. Joining QNET is free and the company does not ask for payment for registration. Any offer that poses as QNET and requests that you must pay a large sum of money before registering is a scam and goes against the principles of the company.

Also, QNET’s customers can take advantage of the direct selling business, by promoting its products and services to others. Once you are a registered customer, and you use their products and are satisfied with the purchase, you can refer others to buy from the company and earn commissions on the actual sales.

There are no charges for registering on QNET and any amount that is paid to the company is for purchase of the product you are interested in and nothing else. A quick research online about the company is helpful when approached by people to pay large sums of money for registration. All payments that you make are solely for the purchase of the products.

You can always register on their online store portal at QNET.net and be enrolled for free.

Chiderachigozi:
I have come to know that QNET’s expansion into Nigeria has widened the global footprint of the direct-selling company. They have always been faithful to their business activities and continue providing superb products and services to customers. Their mode of operations in several other countries in Asia and Europe still applies in Nigeria.

The company partnered with Transblue Limited, and their activities have significantly improved Nigeria's economy. QNET is NOT an investment scheme. It is not any type of scheme at all. It is a legitimate direct-selling business where you only pay money to purchase products. If you want to become a distributor of QNET products, you can sign up as an independent representative (IR) through their e-commerce portal at www.QNET.net. And that’s a significant part of the truth about QNET!

uchegbu89:
It is common knowledge that making ends meet as a poor Nigerian youth comes with enormous challenge. This sad reality cuts across the uneducated, educated, skilled and unskilled. It is even more difficult when one doesn't have a means to get started. It becomes even more unbearable and painful when a youth loses the meager financial resource gleaned through sweat, blood and tears in pursuit of better life.

Unfortunately, this has become the experience of most poor Nigerian youths presently. I, along with thousands of Nigerians still have this butter taste in our mouths.

As much as I would love to remain anonymous, I'm here to tell my story to alert unsuspecting youth to this danger and avoid becoming a victim.

The company is QNET. It's a networking company headquartered in Hong Kong. It's founder is Dato Vijay Eswaran. The company operates a pyramid system. They are into sale of health products, wellness, tourism, education, e.t.c
One becomes a member if he purchases a product from them. To earn commission, you are required to refer two persons to purchase products. These new persons are to have ample knowledge of the company before voluntarily signing up. As your network of people grow, you earn more commissions but non- guaranteed though.

Criminally minded Africa youths have now devised means to defraud others by luring them to other African countries with a promise of lucrative job opportunities that are non-existent. Once the victim comes over, they are deceived to sign up to be a member of the networking company. They operate in Ghana, Benin republic, Mali, Togo, Burkinafaso, Senegal, Algeria, e.t.c.

My friend, whom I trusted informed me of an opening in his company. He told me basic salary was $225 weekly. I asked why the locals are not filling the vacant positions. He said their government pay social security. Hence the lack of interest. He also promised me of free food and accommodation. According to him, all I need to pay was N550k which would cover my work and residence permit, dollar account opening and traveling documents. The sum is payable after I have come over.

After much hesitations and suspicion, I decided to go. On reaching there, I was well received and treated to a party. The next day, I was taken to an office where some friendly and good looking guy interviewed me. He introduced the company to me and promised me I will be receiving weekly salary if I sell two products for the company. My friend persuaded me to give it a try, I did. After the payment, I was now told in clear terms I needed to bring two persons. They promised me none of them had stayed more than six months. Everyone around kept telling me it was real. I ended up bringing three persons thinking I was helping them. I was paid $120 just once. Nothing else. At this point, I became angry. I confronted the uplines and I was now told I needed six persons to now qualify for weekly payment.
But I know of persons who have 6 persons and even more on their network but are receiving nothing. I made contact with people outside the state who had quit the business. I now realized these unscrupulous uplines collect double the price of the products, use the half to get rice for the members and the rest their share among them. Over time, they save enough and go back to their countries as rich guys. The victims who come, sign up and quit for the sake of conscience, harsh weather and environment will have their friends/ relatives who brought them over to blame. The scheme runs on fooling people and having them fool others. Worse still, friendships are totally destroyed in the process.
Victims it only lose money, but reputation, time and their health because of poor nutrition.
The members are brainwashed to believe they will become rich in no time. So it's not easy for them to understand that networking business takes time to build and should be built on honesty and not lies.
I and my downlines (3) lost our means of livelihood as we sold our properties and even took loans.

This epidemic swept through India, Ghana before it was rooted out. Now Burkinafaso, Mali, and others mentioned at the onset are on the spotlight.
I'm back to Nigeria having list everything and
looking to pickup the pieces of my life. My reputation is irretrievably damaged. These are not easy things to go through.
We need to escalate this information and create awareness of this trend to help save more people from falling victim.
Let everyone tell their relatives to disregard any invitation by anyone asking you to come work in any part of Africa. It's nothing but QNET.

This road towards Araromi Beach looks exactly like that of Gberefu Island in Badagry. In the picture is me and Jumoke.

This bike was coming from Lagos. It takes less than an hour to get to Lagos from Ondo, using this coastline. In 2019, Ondo state govt. awarded contracts worth N32b for the construction of a 37.5km dual coastal carriage road from Araromi in Ondo to Lekki, Lagos.

Things to Do at Araromi Beach
Beach soccer: The beach sand is so well graded that you’d enjoy balling on it.

Hide and seek: The interesting thing again about this beach is that it has a well-collected coconut tree forest that will allow for really fun jungle games.

Family or friends Picnic: Space isn’t polluted with the noise of blaring music from competing speakers. It’s really ideal for picnics.

Swim: the waves are friendly and mild with their crashing. You’d enjoy swimming at the shore, esp. under the sun.

Oyster hunting: Dip your hands into the beach sand and you pack out at least 5 sleeping Oysters in their shells.

Cost of accessing the beach
At the moment, it costs Zero naira to access Araromi Beach.

Indeed. I think most Yorubas are now totally fed up of 'one Nigeria' because it is apparent Yorubas are getting the raw end of the deal.

Nigeria today, as currently constituted, appears a place where folks cannot aspire to be productive, progressive, aspirational ambitious. Wanting development is a crime in haterville Nigeria today.

If we build Dubai in the SW the rest of unfocused Nigeria, happy to flee misrule they should challenge, will tear it down overnight.

That is how messed up Nigeria is and Yorubas fully appreciate this. That is why I think Yorubas won't stop now till we gain the autonomy that rids us of 'one Nigeria' backwardness and stagnation.

Dsalvo:
Yes you're right but, as Buhari has amply and painfully confirmed, nothing that cannot be ruined in "one Nigeria" unless backed and protected by airtight constitutional law.

Yorubas now know it is futile working hard to be productive and progressive in a nation where others do not have similar ambitions. They will render your efforts null and void.

This is why many Yoruba leaders, across political and sectional lines, have swung behind regional autonomy and governance today.

Jumping the gun to establish the SW as some Oasis in the middle of the Nigerian desert will not work, and will even be counter-productive, unless Yorubas have full administrative power and control over their region.

Otherwise the entire Nigeria will move into the SW overnight to stretch, burden and 'ghetto-nize' the region as has happened to Lagos.

What is shown below should be our priority before any daydreaming.
Indeed.

There was a promo by samsung on their 40" Led Tv. which costs 69,000. this promo ended 30 june 2014.

The promo granted me the opportunity to buy a 40inch tv at that price. and Quickly I went to to place an order on 27th June 2013 so as to beat the deadline. After several days of waiting to see my order, (since I ve been mailed that the order has been shipped) I contacted them and they promised I will get my product asap. 8days later which is today, I was informed by jumia rep that they ran out of stock. I was pained and queried why they didn't inform me about this. that now I have to pay more than 25% on the tv elsewhere since the promo has ended.

I tried to reach them but to no avail then I resorted to the social media where eventually someone called me. I mailed Jumia to kindly refund my money as I will NEVER have any business with them again. I was still waiting for an alert when I got a mail that a voucher has been created for me without my consent, that such voucher is valued at N69,000 (the amount I paid for the tv) and I can only use it to purchase another item on their website.

I told them I wanted the particular tv and since I cant get the product they sholud return my CASH. Since then they havent gotten back to me. Now my money and product is stuck with them. My advice to anyone is to avoid shopping with Jumia and if u insist on shopping online use another online store and the pay at delivery system, so u wont fall victim like I did.

As at the time I am posting this I have not gotten a response from them. And Unfortunately we are in a country where this type of thing fly.

Properties › Re: Who Should Buy New Pumping Machine In A House The Landlord Isn't Occupying by XAUBulls: 11:39am On Feb 26, 2023
3sha4lyf:
Some people are so used to slavery that everything in life must be like slavery or its semblance.

Lemme ask a question. Do tenants go to pumping machine to damage it or the machines are damaged due to wear and tear during usage?

If the latter is the case, which always is, doesnt the basic tenancy agreement provide that tenant will cater to all that is within his premises?

Some Nigerians and slavery are like 5 n 6.

Your house was let to you at a price, bearing in mind you have access to water. What’s possible is that you have to pay for the meter units to pump water. If your pumping machine is automatic, it means that it pumps as water depletes. You don’t even need to go and touch it let alone damage it.

So if it spoils, how then is it up to the tenants to fix if they did not damage it by themselves?
When they leave, do they take it along and replace the house with the faulty one? And even if they do, won’t the landlord replace it before he brings in new tenants or he will ask new tenants to buy pumping machine before they move in?

Guys, let’s be real. Like the compound security gates, there pumping machine is a capital project which when it goes bad, Shld be replaced by the landlord of the property. So if the security gate falls/damages, tenants should fix it because they use it out because they are the ones who will be secured by the gate not the landlord? That’s shallow thinking which isn’t tenable in any court.

What is ideal is that the landlord is to be informed about the damage and invited to make the necessary repairs promptly (that should have been contained in the agreement so it’s not debatable) but in TVs likely even the landlord cannot fix it immediately due to urgency for tenants and landlord’s paucity of funds, it is possible, but must be agreed by both parties that, the tenants can bear the cost of fixing it either using the landlord’s workman or another workman (better to use the landlord’s but it doesn’t matter), and the cost to be borne by the tenants, but is passed onto the landlord who may reimburse at a later time or deduct from the next rent.

Just because it’s communal living and when the cost is divided by the number of tenants it may amount to less than 10k per flat, and you think 10k is very infinitesimal to you, you think it’s your responsibility to fix it, welldone.

When the house fence falls, fix it cos it’s you living in there not the landlord.
When the borehole falls, fix it, cos it’s you living in there not the landlord.

If you like don’t learn your rights as a tenant and understand your obligations as a landlord.

Just because you’ve been used to intimidation doesn’t legalize intimidation.

Only a stupid landlord will threaten to eject a prompt paying tenant because of refusal to contribute to fix pumping machine.

It’s not difficult to pay first year rent for new tenants but na subsequent years payment be the koko. So asa landlord, it’s better to keep up with your tenant and do your role than to keep turning over ppl in your apartment and doing frequent renovation for new tenants all cos you ejected sitting tenant for refusal to contribute to fixing/replacement of pumping machine.

Thank you
Nicely put.

Average Penis Size Has Increased In Last Three Decades —Study

By Jerusalem Post Health & Wellness
Published: FEBRUARY 19, 2023

This could be an even bigger problem men did not anticipate having.

The average length of a penis has increased by a large percentage over the last three decades, according to a new study published last week.

According to the study, which was published in the World Journal of Men's Health, the average penis size has increased by 24% since 1942. Researchers from departments of urology and public health programs in the United States and Italy compared studies between 1942 and 2021 to better understand this phenomenon.

Led by Michael Eisenberg, MD, who works at Stanford University's School of Medicine, his team conducted research to find key answers: Is the average penis size growing? And if so, what is causing this? Using his knowledge from his time as a urology professor in addition to practicing medicine as a male fertility and sexual function specialist, Dr. Eisenberg's team made conclusions.

More than 75 studies were sampled over a lengthy period of time, in which measurements were gathered of erect joysticks across more than 55,000 men worldwide.

Can geographic location determine one's penis size?
According to researchers, data pertaining to penis length showed variety based on one's geographic location. However, controlled data for each region (analyzing region, subject age, and surrounding population) revealed that the average penis length increased by 24% in the last 29 years.

According to Scope, a blog produced by Stanford University's medical programs, Eisenberg sees a cause for concern. The study intentionally set out to prove an increase in length, after realizing that plenty of studies had been conducted on sperm count and testosterone decreases, congenital birth defects surrounding the penis, the improper descending of testicles, and so on.

"We looked at flaccid, stretched, and erect lengths and created one large database of measurements. What we found was quite different from trends in other areas of male fertility and health. Erect penile length is getting longer, from an average of 4.8 inches to 6 inches, over the past 29 years," Eisenberg told the Scope blog in an interview.

Eisenberg's primary cause for concern is the major growth in a relatively short period of time.

"Any overall change in development is concerning because our reproductive system is one of the most important pieces of human biology. If we're seeing this fast a change, it means that something powerful is happening to our bodies. We should try to confirm these findings and if confirmed, we must determine the cause of these changes,"
Eisenberg added.

So, what is it that caused this rapid growth below the belt? Researchers believe that chemical exposure from pesticides and even hygienic products could have a greater impact on genetic hormonal makeup.

"These endocrine-disrupting chemicals — there are many — exist in our environment and our diet. As we change our body's constitution that also affects our hormonal milieu. Chemical exposure has also been posited as a cause for boys and girls going into puberty earlier, which can affect genital development," Eisenberg said.

Now, the researchers have their work cut out for them. Next steps, according to Eisenberg, will require looking at patterns in the reproductive health systems of females and children.

Good day nairalanders. Today I want to start posting progress on my new farm project. This isn't my first farm project, however I've been dealt with several blows in my farming expedition. I started out with Pineapple farming, which is still going good by the way. this should be the 15th month since I planted the pineapples. I also tried my hands on Plantain/Cassava farming, however Fulani herdsmen have been a constant headache for me on that farm during the dry season, as they burnt and ravaged that farm this January "Pictures would be posted to show the damage".

But due to the burning passion and desire I have for farming, I've decided to go ahead with another project, but this time, it would be vegetable based farming.

I intend engaging in potato vine multiplication and ugu farming. The vine multiplication would enable me have enough vines to sell to farmers for the incoming rainy season, and also give me the opportunity to plant my own sweet potatoes, without worrying about where to source for vines. Here are picture of work done so far. Wish me luck in this journey my fellow nairalanders, I would make sure to post picture of progress as we kick start the project this weekend. Thanks for viewing
So many variables go into agribusiness success. I salute the doggedness of all investors in that sector in the face of global inflation and the relentless invasion of farmslands by criminally inclined

Multiply 12000 pineapple stands that are 2 years mature, by 200 naira. That’s roughly 2.4m. You can recoup your initial investment in a year with proper farm management practices.. Not to talk of suckers that would be gotten. It’s a guaranteed investment

Hello everyone. I want to present this opportunity to anyone willing to venture into an already established Pineapple farm. There are over 12000 mature pineapple plants there already, and the second harvest would take about 8 months… The crop would be highly profitable as it already has started producing suckers that can either be sold, or used for expansion. Reason for leasing is due to the fact that the farm owner intends to Japa, and he wouldn’t want the crops be there unattended to..

Anyone willing to exploit this business opportunity can contact me on 08136223600 for more discussions and videos.

This would relieve any farmer of the stress of planting and maintaining a pineapple farm, as this farm is already established and thriving.

Farm is located in Abeokuta.
This is impressive @austin4real.

Have you also directly contacted members of the South West chapter of AFAN who are existing pineapple farmers? They are more likely to be interested in snapping up your time-sensitive farm lease offer depending on the farm size and safety from kidnappers and herdsmen or bandits.

All the best.
