Yabhon Flash 40?. That's not a serious company that sold it to Nigeria. I am pretty sure their program management and customer support is poor.
That UAV should have been flying since 2018.
This is the big issue with buying new tech from companies located in 3rd world countries.

The company's governance structure is now unclear and I dont think they have money to support the product.

Nigeria should set up an implementation team and head-hunt ex staff of that company and hire them as consultants to get some value from this platform

We have a crisis at hand and the government seems not to be concerned about it. If something isn't done about the issue of this "bandits", they will be worse than bokoharam and ISWAP and the only reasonable solution is dialogue.
