LandMann: The whole situation is a bit confusing.
The school says they're resuming on Monday:
https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/10/noun-fixes-monday-for-resumption-of-academic-activities/amp/
I know that registration for new students is currently ongoing... But I don't know when the registration will end and when the new students are to resume...
Please if you can throw more light or know anyone who's currently doing a post graduate there please put me in contact with the person so I can get the accurate information. Thanks a lot man Since March that Covid started, all levels of civil servants were asked to stay at home, then levels 12 and above were later asked to resume. The news abt resumption is for their other staff who have bn at home all the while. Note that students have resumed long ago, did their Pen on Paper and preparing for e-exam that will start in matter of days. if I'm not mistaken, it shld b over in a week or 2. I believe a new semester/session starts immediately since NOUN admits every semester |

Enskynelson: You don't need the transcripts before you proceed to the Study Centre. As for the NYSC cert, even when uploading the documents, it was optional (If Available). So, I guess, that stands.
