If the phone still powers on, then go to Settings and locate Factory reset/format; I think you can locate it around Security or so.
However, if the phone doesn't power on, then press & hold the power button together with the 'volume up' button for a few secs & release the buttons once the phone boots. Use ur volume buttons to scroll through & the power button to select the Factory reset option. Cheers.

Hi my friend. Wondered why u waited till now. However, I have good news for you. Open the passport with PAINT in your Windows PC, Save As .png. Try and upload and it will be uploaded. The passport may not show up immediately but it will permit you to register your exams. Cheers.

Why not mention the local government secretariat instead of mentioning the Church? They always look for how to drag the Church. Then mentioning other Chu Churches to loot, for what precisely? When I clicked 'newly admitted student:upload credentials' button, it opens a new page where I see the 'how to reduce pdf size'. No other link to upload credentials.

Please is anyone having same issues uploading credentials?

I have same issue, have not been verified for d past one month. I went to my study center at Victoria Island to submit my documents for verification. Even the director there check it and gave to Mrs Sonia to process matric number. I don't know wat is delaying dat woman till now. I don't know how someone can help to get Mrs Sonia number Mushin Study Center office at VI. Or if there are other ways it can be done faster, I would appreciate.
