I don't know why people bother about gender equality. Man and woman were not meant to be equal. They were meant to complement one another. Women due to their genetics have advantages over men in some areas and vice versa. Nobody should feel inferior because of their gender. There is gender uniqueness.

The F.G should have no Business with State taxes. Taxes are States incomes. The states will pay uniform allocations, like ten percent(a Tithe) to F.G.
FG should take its hands off Police Control and internal Security arrangements of the States. It is the States Responsibility to control illegal and unprivileged Migrants in their States.
The States should have their own independent election commissions to elect their Local Counsellors, State Assembly Members, Federal Representatives, Governors and jointly The President of the Federation.
The F.G will be responsible for the Military, Foreign Affairs and signing of all Treaties for Nigeria State.
Nigeria is indivisible already by Royal Charter. Thank God we overcame the experience of Biafra.
