Politics › Re: Say No To Cattle Colonies In The West! by ycat: 10:02am On Jan 20, 2018
My own is, we need to start telling ourselves home truth sha!
ipodstinks:
[s][/s]Think you are not in this world when a group of youth went on rampage in ondo state and attack fulani commity, killing scores of them after an attack on a farmer in ero village near akure. Like i said, until they attack the main cities n not one mere farmer on his farm and old people. Also if they are bold enough, they should not attack people sleeping in the middle of the night that are unprepared. It then we will know how bold they are. Like i said, i see them as coward.
Politics › Re: Say No To Cattle Colonies In The West! by ycat: 9:19am On Jan 20, 2018
Fayose has done something good whether politics or not and those still quite could be because of politics too, this is where we the people come in about how we choose our leaders. At the time we chose Buhari, he was the better of the two according to what we had at the time. Now I don't think he should run again but who do we have right now?
debolayinka:
I didn't intend to go political too. But let us be sincere with ourselves, the only south west governor that has curbed Fulani excesses is Fayose, even though they have struck in Ondo and Ogun, I'm still yet to see any reactions (if there were any) from the governors of these states.
What else do you think is responsible for this if not political allegiance?
Politics › Re: Say No To Cattle Colonies In The West! by ycat:
Yoruba are cowards in more ways than one. Fulani know better than to attack a city yet because they don't have the number to successfully carry that out and don't want the country to break so what they can do is what they are doing at the moment, killing you one by one and sending fears to your hearts and minds. Aren't farmers already dead if they can't go about their means of livelihoods? Fulani have been killing people all over the place and are still allowed to pass through the areas, that's cowardice my dear. The Lagos ports are completely taken over by northerners because Yoruba are cowards. Yoruba can't stick to their gun and demand 13% like Niger delta from what is made from the ports cos of cowardice. Yoruba are the only large ethic group that can be provoked and killed on their soil all because of cowardice. It's only Yoruba who don't support their own when bullied or attacked by outsiders. Just like the real cowards that we are, we suck up to our adversaries a lot. Yoruba are good people but cowards no doubt.
ipodstinks:
Which fact? If you want to know averagw yoruba are coward, let the fulanis attack cities and not one farmer on his farm. I see fulani as coward, i did not see any boldness in them. If they are bold enough, they should attack the main cities in broad day light and see what happens. Ife issue will be child's play.

This is not Apc/Pdp thread, this is about SW and we are Yoruba first before any other thing, be it religion or politics.
debolayinka:
Most of the so-called Western leaders have chose to demolish the standards set by the founding political fathers, by selling themselves to useless Fulanis just because of greed.
I doubt if all our cocoa, kolanut, cotton, cassava, plantain, sugarcane, etc, farms will not be given to the Fulanis by these demonic Fulani slaves (APC governors) who just want to be faithful to Buhari irrespective of whether it amounts to better welfare for their people.
Politics › Re: Say No To Cattle Colonies In The West! by ycat: 8:39am On Jan 20, 2018
The guy is 100% right, truth is bitter but it's time to start saying it out loud.
olureignforever:
I agree with what you said but that part "" a typical yoruba is a coward" is derogatory. You must be a b*a****ard.
Politics › Re: Say No To Cattle Colonies In The West! by ycat: 8:36am On Jan 20, 2018
Well said! Now let's wait for the apologists to come and tell us why you are wrong. I'm not too confident about what SW is going to do, Yoruba are under a serious curse. Please ignore the circus ticks that are trying to derail the thread, this is the job the devil has given them to do.
Hardhewhaley:
A student that failed to learn from History shall fail to make a forward move... (NAX 2018)

I beseech all the South Western Political Leaders, Stakeholders and all well meaning Yoruba man to take a negative stands on the cattle colonies brouhaha.

Let me quickly fast back what happened during the Afonja, Alimi saga. Afonja sold the people and city of Ilorin to the Fulanis based on his personal interest. In the present day Nigeria, Ilorin does not belong to the Yoruba race any longer, it has been claimed by the Fulanis over the past years.

Again in 1976 during the Obasanjo military led administration who sold the Yoruba race to the Hausa/Fulani. He gave the Hausa / Fulani the impression and believe they owned Nigeria just to pave way for his candidacy. He eliminated some Top Yoruba leaders and even plan on running for a third term. If there is repetition of the past mistakes by the so called the 'WHOs' in the South West this time around, consider the region dead and buried.

If the Cattle Colonies been proposed by the Federal Government is been implemented, it means the whole of Yoruba race would go into extinction through man slaughter, and forceful acquisition of properties. A typical Yoruba man is coward and would never want to die for the right course thereby, giving the blood thirsty Hausa/Fulanis and edge over us, to kill, rule and dominate us in our own land.

In contemporary Nigeria, The majorities of our Top Political posts, Ministries and Parastatals are been headed by an Hausa man. The Cattle Colonies is just an attempt to recolonise the South West and become a stooge and refugee in their own land. Hausa would dominate the kingdom through inter marriage, acquisition of properties and blood shedding.

Say no to Cattle Colonies in the South West as it was a deliberate attempt by the Federal Government to give us to the Fulanis and overpower us. They believe they own Nigeria and the country is their birthright anything they do can never be checked.

No to Cattle Colonies in Our region!!
Food › Re: What Is Moi Moi In English? See Funny Replies From Nigeria Entertainners by ycat: 12:47am On Jan 20, 2018
Yes there's an english word for Moin-Moin which is a Yoruba food and contrary to what some said here, even pizza has meaning in Italian where it originated. Oyinbo have Pot stickers and Yoruba have teeth stickers.

Moin-Moin = Teeth stickers
Celebrities › Re: Davido & His Girlfriend, Chioma Rowland Visit Ede, His Hometown (Video, Pics) by ycat: 6:24pm On Jan 17, 2018
Davido is a coward who has been bullied to the extent of having no choice than accepting to be with one of them, but forgot that the bullying will still continue when he breaks up with her. Many Yoruba are guilty of this. The man in you dies the very day you suck up to your antagonist. Who notice how no one is saying evil things about him now, just imagine if this new girl has been from another tribe, they would have literally opened hell on him. I don't really blame Davido for getting bully insurance, Yoruba don't support their own and our voice is not strong when their own is subjected to blackmail and extortion.

@ Mariangeles, maestroferddi & adeolakemi,

You attention seeking mooks have now crawled out to play because you saw a crack, get back in your hole, I'm on a mission to separate boys from men. You have been fed hatred from wombs and can't know what truth is. You better believe it, once you draw the first blood by kicking first whether low or high, you know longer have control over any response though the owner of nairaland who happened to be Yoruba has made it possible for you to do this and get away with it. Enough of your gutter wash, I'm about solution to your lunacy now and fast.
Politics › Re: Is Sense Finally Falling On The Igbos And The Yorubas? by ycat: 5:21am On Jan 17, 2018
You must think that I'm one of those spineless Yoruba you can guilt-trip. I don't care about what you think or say and I won't condemn it either cos he responded to one of yours. Like I said don't start tribal slurs or try to bully others over their choice and there won't be any.
freeze001:
I highlighted all areas including the leaking condom part. U chose to conveniently ignore same cos it punctures ur lame argument. Even now u cannot acknowledge and condemn same meaning u subscribe to such derogatory statements.
Politics › Re: Is Sense Finally Falling On The Igbos And The Yorubas? by ycat: 3:25am On Jan 17, 2018
That's enough! You highlighted a portion and I don't have that kind of time to be reading litany, even your own comment was just the first 3 lines to have a feel. No matter what you say, the 7th is in response to the 4th. You know the truth but chose to look the other way, and just like in other areas, we will never agree on anything. No excuses, just don't start it and there won't be any.
freeze001:
Read this:

Comment no 4 was a general swipe against educated persons that saw fit to vote in an illiterate. That includes every supporter across every tribe and the Eastern region is included even if such mistakes are in the minority. I don't consider it a tribal or ethnic attack.

You stopped at spare parts and ipobs even though u know these have now taken on a derogatory hue against Igbos on NL. Did you not see further reference to same people as products of leaking condoms? So that is an innocent comment according to you?
Objectivity is a virtue, imbibe it.
Politics › Re: Is Sense Finally Falling On The Igbos And The Yorubas? by ycat: 2:51am On Jan 17, 2018
Stop blaming others for your problem,
It's so old. Yoruba and ibos can never get along. We don't belong in the same country, we are just too different.

Politics › Re: Is Sense Finally Falling On The Igbos And The Yorubas? by ycat: 2:35am On Jan 17, 2018
You can't help me because you are not impartial. You are quoting the innocent # 7 comment when #4 is the first to take a swipe over other's constitutional right. Go over them again. When did selling spare part become an insult or ipob the name given to your organization become a curse? Blaming people for voting their preferred candidate is the bully side on the other hand. Like I said, any thread along this line should be banned because it's never going to happen. We all can be civil in our separate lanes.
freeze001:
Let me help with the findings:

What do u see? Who is the first to throw insults and cheap shots on this thread?
Politics › Re: Is Sense Finally Falling On The Igbos And The Yorubas? by ycat:
@ Op, this is not fair to Yoruba. It's on this nairaland people have said "Yoruba should come out and say they don't like to be insulted" because it took Yoruba a long time before we started responding to the insults. We don't need threads like this anymore as they don't always end well. I really want to believe this thread wasn't created for bashing but out of goodness of your heart and you just don't know any better. So if that's the case, you have to go to the root cause of the problem and then watch and see who is doing what here even now. For you to just lump everyone together is disingenuous and hypocritical. Prove me wrong please by watching this thread and others like it to see who is always the first to take a swipe and cheap shots at the other, and then update us on your findings. This shouldn't be a topic for anyone who has been on nairaland past two weeks, an honest person would know not to lump Yoruba and ibos together as far as tribalism on nairaland is concerned, one is launching offence by the hour while one struggles to respond to 1 out of 10 insults. Could it be that this is to completely silence Yoruba? It smells, looks and sounds like it. Should Yoruba now be doormat because Nigeria needs to be one? Let's learn to tell the truth always or keep our mouths shut. The day we start to tell the truth as it is, is the day we start to address the issue from the ground up.
Politics › Re: Justice For Adewale Adeyemo #slain Uniport Mechanical Graduate by ycat:
Since the 12th this hasn't made the fronpage and still on the first page. Why is this story abandoned? There are people that literally sleep on nairaland but haven't found this news worthy to condemn, nice! Are Nigerians coming to term with Yoruba's lives worthlessness? If this was a non-Yoruba, the story would have run 15 pages already, and this is supposed to be a Yoruba own website. No wonder people call Yoruba the most stuppidd tribe. What do you call a man who stand up for others but can't stand up for himself? Coward that is. Unlike Eunice Olawale in Abuja, Adewale Adeyemo didn't receive any warning that his tribe is not welcome to work in Rivers. What is it going to take for Yoruba in other regions to come back home and start making lives of other Nigerians on our soil unbearable? Why are SW governors not targeting these people and their businesses. There are ways we can make unwanted guests very uncomfortable.without saying a word about it. Who put a curse on Yoruba?

And to a poster who made a comment about how his friends and reprisal attack, what's stopping them? Nigeria is a jungle and payback is the language the animals understand. If you had attacked some of his tribe people in Lagos, they will think twice before doing it again, but as it is, they get the body language.

The truth is, there's nothing to suggest that you want biafra, you are just playing games.

As always, that's a lie, you can't find Yoruba where they are not mentioned, and since you can't say two words without Yoruba in it, you will always have them to straighten you out. Try doing your thing without the word Yoruba, I know it's difficult and you won't have us there. Yoruba want you to go but they can't do anything since you have refused to go. Any Yoruba that doesn't want biafra is as sick as you are because only insane people keep wanting to live with their adversaries.
BLACKdagger:
U can get 100% result in everythin but u judge things based on MOST..

an average igbo man supports biafra. Only those u have appointments in Govt house will kick against it cox they dnt want thier job to be terminated.

MOST yorubas supprt one nigeria according to how they attack issue of biafra..
In an average yoryba man in d street dosnt want disintegration of nigeria.

Just to to any biafra topic u will see them attackin biafra even on facebook.(u can go to facebook and check for urself)
If u are rrally tired abt "ONE NIGERIA" as u claim then most of u ahouldnt be kickin against biafra what u would hav done is clamour for ur own replubic and the pressure will be much on d case.

If only u will see d point im staying.

Unfortunately, things are going to remain like this unless something drastic happens and hausa/fulani decide to leave Nigeria. The north knows exactly what they are doing and Yoruba know the odds are against them to do anything at the moment. The ibos are simply confused. The only word that matters to the SE right now is Yoruba, even on this important thread from the first page, nothing else matters just Yoruba. So it makes you wonder if ibos are just like the north but using different pedestal such as always calling Yoruba names to hold on to one Nigeria while pretending to want out. The "southern unity" will never happen, a prosecutor whose only witness is an unstable drifter is better off without a witness at all, this is the case of Yoruba who are outnumbered and can't really get real result because other tribes don't want what we want. Let's hang in there, one day something will happen that even the ibos will have no choice than to leave Nigeria. I just know we don't belong in the same country.

The globalist had everything planned out. They gave the isis the chemical weapons it used on Syrians and frame Assad and Russia. Some British scientists are even saying it wasn't a chemical weapon. The anti and never Trump are now praising him for launching missiles into Syrian airbase. Ha! Can't believe Trump fell for it. I hope he listens to his base before it's too late, cos the neocons and dems are working together to undermine him. They are pushing him hard to start world war 3 with Russia. Trump needs to pull his own new troops out of Syria and just manage the ones Obama had there. There's nothing in Syria for the U.S. Let Saudi Arabia do the Assad removal themselves. The north Korean dog has always been barking for years, so Trump should've just allowed him, he didn't have to say anything to him. He said during the campaign that north Korea is Chinese problem, so what has changed? Trump's base is angry and if he doesn't lay off of Syria, it will destroy his achievements. He won't be reelected as his base will turn against him and he won't have any support even now. People put so much in line for him. People were beaten for carrying out their civic duties voting for candidate of their chosen. People had death threats. Even he the president can't sleep in the Whitehouse, yet He allows himself to being led to a ditch because of prostitution issue he didn't want to be blackmailed over. It's better to let them bring out whatever they have against him now when he still has his loyalists.
