And what if they lie to you that the herdsmen are disarmed but secretly carry weapons, are you going to form herdsmen police to always check them for arms? This route demarcation should be airtight non-negotiable come rain or shine. The cattle need to be moved around in the north and only bring down south through trailer truck for sale when ready for slaughter house.
fratermathy:
It still won't solve the herdsmen crises! This is a national security emergency. Herdsmen must be de-armed before the problem can even be engaged.

It's because they are not just herdsmen, these people have an agenda. So selling land for this purpose should be out of the question because the Fg may use this trick of compensating the land owners to still have the same result. I'm very very afraid that the Fg will use money to silence people into releasing land that will end up being a colossal mistake.

It's troubling how these people think they can achieve this evil while our lawmakers are tone-deaf to the plight of Nigerians. This plan must NOT be allowed to see the light of day, it's dangerous, they want to take over Nigeria, this is the plan. They are taught to lay low until they get the upper hand, we know it, they know it and with the army at their beck and call, every area carved out for the "route" becomes A fulani territory and they can do anything they want there including barring the local residents in and around the there. The indigenous people can even be kidnapped and taken there. It will just be too easy to terrorize Nigerians from there since they won't be coming from out, they are now living among you. The routes will hold serious weapons. I can see river of blood already. Nigerians need to come out and protest this before they are surrounded with blood-thirsty demons.

Yes oo! Nigerians can eat fish, chicken and turkey until we figure a way out. McDonald's manager once told me that he couldn't tell the difference between portabella mushroom burger and regular beef burger, this is a man who sells burger for living. I love country rib, but haven't had any for over a month, cos I'm beginning to think about what goes into these meat. If I can stay away from beef anyone can especially for a good cause such as showing the north that we can't be enslaved over meat, they aren't too good for us anyway.
igbodefender:
This post is filled with strategies Southern human rights activists should start planning with.

Grazing reserves is the same thing as Apartheid and Segregation. Martin Luther King fought segregation successfully using the boycott strategy and peaceful protest strategy.

The racist governor Wallace of Alabama and his elite promoting segregation and White supremacy were forced to bow. Boycott hit the pockets of the White supremacists so hard they were forced to beg Blacks to end the boycott and resume buying their services.

The nonviolent protests created awareness and publicity that shamed the so-called supremacists into submission.

Governor Wallace and his armed police were defeated hands down. Southern Nigerian human rights activists, I hope you are taking notes. You may soon need these strategies in this struggle against the moves to establish grazing reserves in the ancestral lands meant for future Southern generations yet unborn.

Food for thought: Mushrooms taste just like meat. Try it.

Everyone knows it's a taboo to tell the truth in iboland, so your propaganda and lies won't cut it. Your tiny states can be driven round in 1 hr, Fact!
naijacampu:
Lagos State bigger than Anambra State in landmass - lol.

Every Igbo State can be driven round in less than an hour - lol.

I often wonder how you lots convince yourselves in those lies.

Anambra State is over 4,000 km2 so you need a car with 4,000 km/h to drive round it.

Abia State is over 6, 000 km2
Enugu State is over 7,000 km2

You people are sooo ignorant.
Politics › Re: FG To Demarcate Cattle Routes Nationwide by ycat: 5:08am On Apr 12, 2017
Foolish Nigerians, you better register your anger by boycotting beef and goats, before you eat your lives and peace of mind away. If you are still eating any meat from the north, you are eating your children's flesh and the future generations cos you will look back in few years from now and curse yourselves for your inaction when you had the opportunity but did nothing. If Nigerians don't stop this from happening, you might as well greet everything you've ever known goodbye. This is the work of the Hausa & fulani to move deaths close to your doors, people wake up! It's all a strategy to plant killers in every nook and cranny to make it easy to kill Nigerians. Cattle don't need routes, they need to be in ranch up north and transported throughout Nigeria. And why is the Fg in the business of cattle? Is there a ministry for that? Let there be protest everywhere now before it's too late.

Ambode is doing the right thing in this case. I think they are criminals for putting up these structures. If you can't afford to live in "London" stay in Nigeria. The moment you broke the law, you lose all sympathy. Let them go and build shacks in their villages where there are no building rules, Lagos has laws and doesn't want them. I just can't imagine a sane person living in one of these huts. The same way you will still shout Ambode for not protecting lives . if man-made disasters wipe the chanties and the occupants away. I'm sure you want to look and speak like the western world, so why not start taking the positive aspect of the developed world by obeying the law of the land, live where you can afford or stay at home and keep your environment clean?
bantudra:
our governors dont think....were are this affected people to go??...build another shack somewere else??....

Ambode shouldn't give them a dime. They saw it coming. You can't just wake up and put up shacks everywhere, they are not poor, they are lawless. Illegal structures are not allowed in Lagos. You just don't wake up and put up sheds anyhow.
Politics › Re: Nigerians React To The Demolition Of Otodo Gbame In Lagos by ycat: 10:37pm On Apr 09, 2017
Some Nigerians with ltheir lies are known to react to wrong issues. I'm sure the govt has warned them over and over about the demolition but they ignore the notice only to pretend to be victims now.

You have no business in Lagos if you can't get a proper housing. If it's in Niger state you can afford to rent a 1 br apt, then go there. Start from your hometowns until you can afford to live somewhere else. You can't keep building shacks to endanger the state. If you are from Lagos, then you already have a family house hallway you can crash in. Lagos has to keep to the vision, so you are either in to contribute or get the hell out.

You have to think that you are invisible to say I'm hostile. I said it, what you ibos expected are roses and kiss after maligning us, nice! If we Yoruba have been doing more of what I suggested, you won't have time and reason to want to bully us.

Yes Lagos is part of Nigeria, so are Maiduguri, Benue and Kano. The difference is the people of the land and their tolerance level. Yoruba have given too much and it's now sinful.. Your biafra deserves more than lip-service from you ibos, and getting your biafra is good for all Nigerians but we can't do the work for you. So go after your biafra like you really mean it.
successmatters:
Did you notice how hostile you sound? And you don't agree Yoruba are a very hostile people?

Lagos is part of our country and we have a right like everyone else to populate and enjoy it. But when we get our Biafra, we will relocate.

I know you are in panic mode over my suggestions. If Yoruba can do those 3 things, then believe it that you ibos will be without life in Lagos and other Yoruba states. At the moment enjoy it while Yoruba still slumber on, when cat gets home the mice disappear. Enjoy the freedom Yoruba gave you now while it lasts. Also, we will not be blackmailed or used to hand you biafra, If you really want biafra, it's at your fingertips, just take it.

I saw that you have gone to edit your post after my response. You are just deceiving yourself, you have to first feed yourself before you can feed others, wishful thinking isn't going to cut it. The igbo miscreants that were deported by Fasola and others that are still sleeping under the bridge and on top of each other in your 2x2 glorified prison cells you call shops couldn't and still can't find you to feed and comfort them, yet you are looking for other miscreant to feed. Nice efforts trying to sound like human.
successmatters:
1. Stop selling land to Igbos , hunger will reformatt your dull brain as Lagos will soon look like Ogbomosho.

2. Stop supporting them to contest elections in the south west ? Do you have any good replacement to the elected Igbo guys? The best candidates won.

3. You have all been saying it out loud that Igbos are not welcome in Lagos, but did it help your matter? More loads are coming with Ekene dili chukwu buses this morning, and they will live and work in Lagos as this is their county . Nothing you can do about it.

4. You can support Nnamdi KANU to realize Biafra. This will solve the whole problems once and for all.
Politics › Re: Southwest The Most Hostile And Volatile Region, SW A Peaceful Myth by ycat:
Oh my! I didn't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for Yoruba teenagers. It's not exactly funny but at the borderline. What sets me and few Yoruba apart from the general Yoruba population is that, we don't live in fantasyland, we face the naked truth and learn from the past. What ibos are doing to Yoruba is what we call gaslighting, it's a strategy used to control the feeble minded, weaklings.and cowards. The purpose is to make you doubt yourselves until you are completely caged or lie down and surrender. It's been working just as ibos planned and they will continue to do until we are completely powerless and ibos take over Lagos and every important part of Yoruba life. We've shown with our body language that its possible. We've never stood up to them and call their bluff, all we do is cow and pacify them which in turn embolden them to do even more of the same, while we wonder what is going on. Even with all these, some Yoruba are still deceiving themselves that the hate is not real and it's just on nairaland. We can silent ibos and get some respect if we can do just 3 things, 1. If we stop selling land to them and ignore them in our politics by making it a taboo for them to contest for any political office in Lagos. 2. If we can ignore and allow them to cry and complain as much as they want without rushing to them like a mother to a newborn. 3. If we can start saying it out loud that they are unwelcome aliens in the SW and block them from participating in other areas and letting them know certain things are for Yoruba only. What they are doing are bully tactics to arm-twist and wrestle us to the ground as a big iddiot they perceive us to be. Being hospitable is a good thing, but to where it's beneficial to us like with foreign investors, not to ibos who haven't added anything good to the SW but have stretched thin our infrastructures. We have to first of all set the boundaries and other things will fall in place. The whole world already knows who the Yoruba are, but the ibos see our welcoming nature as weakness to exploit. I've read from ibos here that Ojukwu told them that the WAR ON PEOPLE'S MIND is the new war they have to fight to win. And to those Yoruba Who still have their heads in their ass, ask yourselves how many known ibos came to your defense that the Op is wrong. Also ask yourselves how many non-Yoruba came to your defense when it's obvious to all. In the jungle the weaklings are killed first for food. Nigeria is for the most part a jungle and we Yoruba have to start responding accordingly.

Anambra landmass 4,887 sq km of land mass, is Nigeria’s second smallest state after Lagos state, It also has the second highest population density after Lagos state, With 60% urbanization rate again, second only to Lagos.

I sure have twice your IQ. I don't even know when you animals start comparing your IQ to that of human. Believing your lies is your hallmark. Your Anambra is nowhere near the size of Lagos, so find somewhere else to compare your villages to. Calling your London(Ogun) villages is what your low self-esteem aliens of no great heritage say. You are gypsies under curse to always live under the shadow of your enemies(Yoruba) to make it. You should be ashamed of yourself for saying you even have a region you can't live in. Your unproductive, useless villages lay barren only for you to be running Lagos/ibadan expwy with pictures. Yoruba's ingenuity is the reason non indigens leave their land to come and develop mine and you don't have what it takes to make your region as great, hence the envy, and you really have to be insane to want to give what you don't have. If you can't develop yourself, you can't develop any other person, charity begins at home. Stop comparing yourself to SW, we don't compare ourselves with you. We stay in our region, your region has nothing to offer you let alone foreigners. Sucks to be you really.
FKO81:
What is this low IQ saying huh It then means Lagos should be quarter of Ijebu Ode, since Anambra almost doubled Lagos landmass, Ogun I know is jungle, without missing words, Abakilike Ebonyi capital make more sense than Abeokuta, Ijebu ode, Sagamu and Ota are typical glorified villages with brown roof and mud houses dotted everywhere, only place that looks modern in Ogun are areas close to Lagos, Largely developed by non indigenes working in Lagos, other areas are far from 21st century. Your kinsmen are also in Anambra selling harbs, bricklayer, carpenter, Okada, taxi etc while women are selling Agbo, assisting people to carry goods in markets, you need to leave that jungle you called state to understand better.
