This Multiverse is a big disappointment!!!
How can their MM just watch the share price falling uncontrollably without at least keeping it at N2?

By the time I got the info about the already done reconstruction by them, it was on suspension already. They only came to formalize it.

Well, one can never win all in this market. Maybe the best bet is to offload the car.cass or be watching out for bottoming of all these.

Since 2020 till now, FCMB stocks has outperformed UBA, why is that? Almost 3 good years, is this period not long enough for investors to see value and act accordingly or is there an underlying problem that you are not seeing? Or, even still, has the problem(assuming UBA had one) now been resolved?

Regarding the Oga u quoted, nobody knows it all. I also predicted that FCMB will move up (it is here on this thread) when it was around 1.5 back in 2020 and it came to pass. When I started dabbling with charts, probably a lucky break.

Outperform UBA in terms of what and what?
Capital appreciation? Financials?

Anyway, me I be newbie and amateur, so asking all these questions may just be that you're addressing those concerns to the wrong person.

One thing I know is that Mr. Market do happens to all stocks. Sometimes we wonder why some situations are like that. Even the UBA wasn't supposed to be battered like it is currently but it is what it is.

My response to you has to do with which of the two will give more value around these season, and I see UBA delivering more value to shareholders at currentprice, even if interim of 0.17k is paid.

Could remember very well your prediction on FCMB that time, it even outperformed your predictions. You don forget say na me and you dey talk am that time?

I would choose FCMB over UBA for a few reasons.

UBA can't be compared to FCMB in this instance.....
Those highlighted reasons were not all inclusive......
UBA appears to be the best in banking this season........in my layman's understanding.

GTCO: Once the dumper is done (and is appearing so), the rise will likely be faster........started on a slow and steady move already.......all things being equal.

Even at N21.35 yesterday's closing price, GT's Dividend yield is still 14.32%
Followed by Zenith N22 @13.96%
Followed by UBA N7.45 @13.51%
Followed by MANSARD N2 @12.69%
Followed by UCAP N12.85 @11.86%
..........to mention the first 5 as at yesterday's share price.

I got to understand that the login problem was due to password issues...... the need to use stronger password that contains Capital letter, small letter, number and character.

If you still couldn't login, send mail to GTL customer care for password reset. Nothing was wrong with Mytradebook.

Your story looks like your broker reconciled your CSCS statement with your trading portfolio.
Try and request for your CSCS statement and do the comparison.

Also of importance, is the need for you to subscribe to annual individual CSCS online, whereby you could login at any time and cross-check your holdings with what you have in your trading acct. Annual subscription is less than N3k.

Moreover, it's been hammered here that people should develop interest in reading news surrounding their stocks, it will help you to understand quite some things without necessarily getting furious with your broker or anybody when you think something goes wrong.

MANSARD did reconstruction of 1:4 and was extensively discussed here.
Some brokers did not update the trading acct whereas, CSCS already updated the new shares. There are instances whereby individuals have to contact their brokers to update their trading acct with the correct units. Similar thing was done for Multiverse recently.

There was talk of possible bonus in their letter but not included in the final corporate action. Maybe the Directors didn't approve it.

What is with Ardova?

I don't think there's cause for Alarm yet. It's just regulatory issues that has to do with not meeting up with the deadline of result submission.... (MRF - Missed Regulatory Filing).
Once the results are submitted and fine paid (or genuine explanation tendered), the suspension will be lifted.

I am having the same issues with my Zenith Bank PLC shares since 2019 all the same story can anybody help me with what to do

* Simply fill E-Dividend Form for the particular Registrar.....
* Scan and send to the registrar......
* Request for a "Share Transfer Form" from your broker....
* Fill for each stock you have with the Registrar and scan clear copy back to your broker (ask for which section/column to fill) and ensure to do follow up with the broker......
** Once broker confirms uploading, then keep following up with the Registrar, don't wait and expect automatic anything.
*** After everything is sorted, ensure you don't sell all units you have at any particular time***

BTW, there's now a CSCS window whereby clients info can be gotten by these registrars, once you already submit E-Dividend for one.
The Registrars are coming up gradually, and with time they'll get there.
* There are instances where you don't fill E-Div for some Registrars and you'll still get your Dividend.......Cardinal Stone for instance. So let's blv they'll get there some day.

** Also find out if the Registrar has Online Dividend registration portal. Fill and submit the form on their website. AFRIPRUD, and Cardinal Stone Registrar have.

It's about half year dividends, mostly called interim Dividend that some banks and companies used to pay.
These banks and companies pay dividends twice a year.
So, the calculations you saw there were done in expectation of this year's interim Dividends using the interim amount paid last year as yardstick........this was to be used in positioning for this year's dividends, and more importantly, to know which one will give the best value among the four banks considered, for half year 2022.......all things being equal.
