Buy her a car, get her a driver, drop her off the office, put a high-tech monitoring device on her, blah blah blah. You cannot stop a woman whose mind is made up to cheat on you. Whilst she enjoys the comfort of riding to work in her colleagues car; You should "pray without ceasing" ![]() |
I was irritated when i saw them muster at a party years ago. These demon possessed guys had better be extincted in Nigeria before we go on a murder-spree I don't discriminate but for this one, i sure will Even God HATES it. |
Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, but please, let's have the fear of God and respect for Men of God at heart when expressing these opinions irrespective of our religion. |
None. one. Non.on.No.None |
Wahali, if not for God's injunctions; i had made up my mind to show ladies. I met a beautiful girl who was in school then; she'd call me periodically for assistance which i do oblige until i began to observe she took a "nice guy" to be a MUGU or MAYI it was a free-style friendship; it could be n it might not be, not a do-or-die affair. One fateful and sad day during an argument, she called me a MUGU and i felt very bad. Most ladies would stick around and do anything for u for as long as possible ( 5 yrs or more) to get dat cash so the question is "How do we know when they r around for the cash or d love" Cheers. |
@ Poster
This poster is a liar who can't think of anything from his jumbo sized head to post.
I once dated a girl i loved (u could date a girl u don't love) n one early morning, her weavon fell off, she was embarassed; wow!; it was as if my heart dropped and got broken.she looked completely different ( not as beautiful as she always looked) but because she was and still is my true friend, i laughed and said "oh, so this is ur real self, u look beautiful but d weave on looks beta on u" But the truth was, i was dissappointed but because i liked her, her looks was inconsequential; what if she were my sister? would i have disliked her? The Word: Date/Marry ur true friend. Cheers. |
Love, Honesty and Respect. so sad, true love is hard to come by. I learnt two lessons ladies: 1) Never let a lady know that you love her dearly until u r sure she loves u so much 2) Ladies like to eat their cake and have it i.e. they meet a new guy, deny having a boyfriend and keep leading the new guy on and on and on. Are they hedging a relationship risk or what? I'm still interested in the thread- "Where do we find a wife material?" Cheers. |
@hedgesfun I have not read the doc but thanks a bunch; we all appreciate free-spirited Naijirians like u. God bless u. |
i know a wholesaler in Lagos who imports them from abroad. People come from all over d country to purchase from her. forward your e-mail addy to yoighaman@yahoo.co.uk for more info. Cheers |
Babasexy:I'd be dissappointed if she rants at you again, we all make mistakes. |
Let's all get off Amaka's case; she's done extremely well by keeping mute, we all make mistakes. |

The best is always yet to come. The fastest men on earth yrs ago (Carl Lewis, Mike Johnson, Maurice Green e.t.c) are not the fastest today-Usain bolt. The biggest companies of yesteryears are no longer the biggest today. Microsoft was launched after big names such as IBM Facebook was launched after other big names such as Myspace, Hi5 Back home-The new generation banks (Access, GTBank e.t.c) dared to challenge the Big banks- First, Union, UBA e.t.c. Standard Trust Bank (STB) even acquired UBA! Tantalizers, TFC & co dared Mr. Biggs with all the pool of UAC funds D'banj was roaming the streets of Uk when Tuface was da bomb in NIgeria; he came back home to challenge Tuface; Banky W, Wande coal, e.tc are all challengin d status quo To be the best, u need the guts to challenge the best Since uv already identied ur strength, build on it. do ur SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses,Opportunities, & Threats) and unto thyself be true. My sure advice to take on ur big competitors is: THE STRENGTH OF BEING SMALL i.e. u can identify ur customers on a name-by-name basis and can deal wit them one-on-one. Big companies approach is a one-size-fits-all. Customers like a personal touch; give them a call regularly, attend their functions, share their joyous moments, send personalized e-mails to them, give them excellent tailor-made services, listen to their complains and give a timely, sincere and intelligent response, make them ur best friends and before u realize it, u r taking on d big guys. What u have on d inside is what reflects on d outside; believe u can and then u can. I wish u best of luck. |
@ BABASEXY U just asked for trouble! I'm sure she'd revert shortly, let's keep our fingers crossed. ![]() |
@sexyleamon Saw ur pix a moment ago on your profile, u r a fine lady, u look like, |
Please send an e-mail to me at yoighaman@yahoo.co.uk in respect of this Cheers |
Thank y'all for the insight and very candid opinions These words are invaluable, give me some more, ![]() Our Lagos, Yale and Harvard business school guys had beta come and learn on dis our Naija forum! |
I choose to continue where BABASEXY stopped. Dear THE-AMAKA, You lack the moral justification to post and manage this thread; how dare you vent venoms on "Nigerian men and women" and expect us to respond to an ill-mannered young lady. Piece of advice: Behave yourself in public. Should u require further clarification; please start a new thread with "HOW DO I BEHAVE MYSELF IN A PUBLIC ENVIROMENT?" |
You love and trust her so much. Your girlfriend went on a date with Aliko Dangote; came back the next day and told you "Nothing went down between us, although he made advances at me" Would you believe her? |
I'm a guy but Flip-floppin; i 'd say everything centers around d DOE. Think your woman likes u 'cos of your looks, honesty, intelligence, care, attention, brilliance, nice attitude, what else? Woe betide u should your chick "Jam" Femi Otedola, Aliko Dangote or Mike Adenuga!, what am i even saying sef, let her "Jam" D'banj or Mikel Obi and u will know aw far, |
These are my thots: Woo a lady with money and she'd soon be gone wit a more loaded guy. Date an unexposed lady and she'd soon be gone as soon as she gets exposed Date an exposed lady and she'd soon be clamouring for freedom Date a no-brainer and u'd soon be pissed off by her folly Date an intelligent lady and u'd soon become a "lawyer" Date a rich lady and she'd soon become bossy Date a poor lady and u'd soon become irritated by the poverty-mentality Date a fat lady and u'd soon become interested in University campuses Date a slim lady and u'd soon realize ur tastes are insatiable Send ur wife abroad and u risks losing her Leave your wife back home and she risks losing u Travel abroad together and u risk a divorce The list goes on and on and on, so what should a man do ??FOLLOW YOUR GUTS FEELINGS!, these remain my thots. Cheers |
simmy:A conscientious examination of the list reveals that it spans across divers sectors: Politics, Entertainment, Terrorism, Religion, Business, Technolgy, Finance, Islamic community, Military, Media e.t.c "Powerful" Men are regarded as people of great influence; the movers and shakers of their sectors. Pastor Adeboye is sure a powerful man in the context of religion not only in Nigeria but across the world. , personally; i expect TED TURNER's name to be on the list, he could make or mar anybody in the world with his media prowess, ( not discredting BLOOMBERG and RUPERT though), recall that OBAMA's victory could not have been complete without him, Cheers. |
y do u want to tell your wife? Ask God for forgiveness and quit seeing the chick, it's time to be a real actor, d deed has been done. I doubt if u'd ever escape reaping what u av sown though, remember David in the bible? Good luck |

I see nothing wrong with this initiative, if beauty peagents could be organized for HIV negative people, y can't it be done for persons living with HIV They need to be integrated back into the society and live like normal humans without any form of stigma. condemnation of this event is synonymous to condemning the PARA-LYMPIC games A "crazy person" like me could get married to an HIV positive person if i fall in love with her, even though i am negative! Remember, all human beings are equal |
Some bank chiefs do not own the banks-"paid employment" Other bank chiefs own their banks- "self/paid employment" some of their depositors are in "paid employment" other depositors are in "self/paid employment" Chart your own course- BOTH PAID AND SELF-EMPLOYMENT could be rewarding. All things being equal, self-employed people ultimately have more opportunities of acquiring great wealth and have more fulfillment in life. Again, this will depend on your your definition of FULFILLMENT & SUCCESS is. Cheers. |
Prior to this time, i presumed "If i ever got a virgin, i'll love her and hold on to her dearly" but pips, i was dead wrong. I met a young, educated, pretty and decent 22 yrs old lady with a very nice attitude and to my amazement she was and is still a virgin. But guess what, reality proved my illusions wrong; i like her so so much ( like a sister) but l don't love her. She looks at me as a crazy guy, "how can u let go of what every guy desire?" and she's already comtemplating on looking elsewhere because this guy is just showing "brotherly love"! The truth is that LOVE is not about virginity, i could meet a non-virgin and fall in love with her at least i can say that confidently. Love is about love, it's simply inexpicable, Cheers |
@Isreal35 Very interesting and insightful, Thanks a bunch |
