Also classifying sinzu and godwon as lightweights isn't true. Sinzu is a thorough bred heavy weight. And godwon might not be a commercial heavy weight, but in the art of rapping, godwon is one of the best rappers out there. Saying lightweights don't count is also wrong cos when cannibus went after ll cool j, he was virtually unknown and stil managed to produce one of the greatest diss jamz ever and his battle wit ll cool j was epic. Sometimes heavy weights don't necessarily produce the best rap battles as evidenced when 2pac and biggie were beefing. Also rick Ross and 50cent beef didn't produce anything of hip hop significance and both were heavy weights. But guy, how can u say sinzu and godwon are lightweights. Too much money remix is arguably one of the best rap collabo joints ever to be done in naija is not the best sef

Totally disagree with this post. I don't buy the view that we should all get along happily ever after, releasing sweet tracks to entertain the fans. Became a big fan of goddy after 'two much money' and 'as we dey go' singles cos to me those were the best rap collab ever nd d best rap/hi life collabos respectively. Then came d disappointment that was his album 'evolution'. Felt like d album was recorded at gunpoint. But i know he can do better cos he's too talented.

That 1st scene Chase for me was exhilarating, the scene on the Indonesian boat too was beautiful and Daniel Craig was finally commanding. No doubt bond has been toned down now, that y i liked it. So if skyfall was so bad, that means most bond movies wud b rubbish cos i can't understand anybody wwould like brosnan 's cartoons or roger Moore's comedies.
Last last i think it's a racial thing. Blacks didn't like it but whites did.

@ brothers: i must confess, i really liked the movie sha that's y am at loss to understand where d negativity comes from. it was the negativity on nairaland that made me research the global attitude to d movie. For people that micro dissect a movie to make it look bad, just know that No movie will survive the same process.

Green lantern did all dat and d movie still sucked. Now Snyder had already expanded the movie by showing us the kryptonian planet scenes which most people appreciated. That alone was like the 30mins. If there had showed more details about how he was found, who said wat , who picked him up, his naming ceremony, etc, there would obviously have been no Time for anything else. We would have been left with a superhero drama and who needs that these days. I loved how the action was.nt compromised.

This movie obviously had 2 versions , cos d version i and majority of fans and critics saw was really really good. It's okay to belong to a minority who didn't like the movie, just that in the case of skyfall, it's a very tiny minority.

There was still enough about his childhood the way it was told without haven to spend time showing Clark brushing his teeth etc.
There was d bus scene, dealing with the bullies, questioning his earthly parents why he was different, etc

What I liked most about the movie was how snyder intelligently used flash backs to tell parts of the story. I was afraid he wud take the conventional route of showing us hw clark grew up gradually on screen. That wud hv been boring, and predictible. Instead he gave us the adult clark immediately after d destruction of krypton, then employed relevant flashbacks to piece together moments from his past that defined him. Splendid.
Also, the was he explained the S on his chest was pure genius.

I can't believe nobody mentioned obama'a pal 'common'. Common is the most poetic rapper ever no contest! Then lamar next.
