For me Toby and Kirsten Dust remains the best pairing.

How can u say that. Kirsten Dunst was the worst part of those early Spidey movies. She was always DULL, desperate, confused and sad. And Tobey was always behaving retarded around her.
Garfield and ema stone meanwhile had amazing chemistry. Watching them banter romantically truout that movie was a major highlight so much so her death was truely tragic. Also not forgetting Emma stone actually had a role to play in the movie that fit the plot unlike Dunst that was alway begging Tobey for God knows what.

I can understand why captain marvel made those numbers, it was positioned as the penultimate episode to a season finale of a very successful season. With all the quips about her playing a role in end game, it was virtually a must see.
Shazam however is basically an origin story on a very small scope. DC in line with its course correction is basically trying to make good movies without the distraction of where it fits in a cinematic universe.
