CJStarz:You're first explanation was totally unnecessary. It was not a subject of debate to warrant the lengthy explanation. Anyi ncha bu ofu... nkowaa ekwesiro iputa ebea. Gini n'eme ufodu ndibeanyi? Ana-atuchasi ife ekwesiro itucha. Ike gwuru! |
Quelme:It is Yorubas holding EzeNdigbo and destroying our people's properties. I don't give a f^ck who you are. Since you joined to attack the innocent EzeNdigbo, you have invited attacks to yourself. Therefore, whatever you see, take it like a man. |
Quelme:Don't worry... Yorubas will soon get what they're looking for where we are. Just remember that you guys started it first. |
God one from CAN. Christians must stand up for all Christians all over Nigeria held unjustly. Let me remind us of EzeNdigbo of Ajao Estate held by the Lagos state government over allegations of threatening to invite IPOB to Lagos to defend properties of Ndigbo being burnt by MC Oluomo boys. No crime was committed by him and he was arrested whereas, MC Oluomo boys already attacked Igbos and other non-Yorubas in Lagos both during the 2023 election and shortly after it. He is walking a free man despite his incitement and threats that has seen some Igbo dominated markets attacked and burnt. We are reminding everyone to speak up now because when it will get down, no one should complain. |
Congratulations on the commencement of the second colonization of Southern Nigeria well enabled by some sections of the same Southern Nigeria. It may not make sense to you today but soon it will. Your crying will reveal when the scales have fallen off your eyes. "Our oil people", Dangote is playing golf while your brothers are guarding the |
While Africa rising is a possible thing, Nigeria rising is an IMPOSSIBLE THING. My predictions about Nigeria has been almost 100% accurate over the years simply because I'm a realist. The framework upon which Nigeria was built is multi-dimensionally fractured and flawed and CAN NEVER support any grand structure. Nigeria as it is presently constituted is a waste of time, money, resources and talents. All Nigerian sports are dead. All her sectors are either dying or dead. Most of the foriegn investors are running away while the local ones are being hounded for sentimental reasons. With all these economic downturn comes excruciating poverty and anger. This will eventually lead to a choas of gargantuan proportion beyond the control of the Nigeria military and police combined. The major problem is that because the path it will take won't be define, there would be heavy waste of blood and properties that could easily have been avoided if we can reason our incompatibility today and divide the contraption peacefully today. Since the use of common sense is a luxury in Nigeria, we will have to pass through that gory stage before Nigeria divides. It's very sad to know that such painful things are avoidable yet many will choose we don't avoid it. |
Nice2023:The almajirization/pauparization of the people of Nigeria has become full throttle. Everyone is feeling the heat. Soon, suicide rate from Nigeria will make world headlines. |
Yet no investigation into the over 50 corpses found in Lokpanta Cattle Market. Everyone just moved on as though it was animal carcasses that were found. It was only so because it happened in the SE and they all know that the likely victims were of Igbo origin. Lokpanta Cattle Market is still operational as at now. Shame. |
Mr. Solomon Arase, we hear your plea but you must start by going back to the police to tell them to value the lives of our people first. We all know the genesis of the problem so no pretense will be entertained. Below are a list of the crimes of the police in the SE and the damages it did among our people. 1. Too many 'accidental discharges' that has rendered a lot of our families fatherless and our women, widows. No single police man involved in those killings have ever been jailed for those crimes. 2. Too many young men have been killed simply for participating in any protest whether for secession or against a particular failure of the government. None of those killed were animals or without families. Families have been mourning for decades in Nigeria due to police extrajudicial killings. Killing our young men and feeling that nothing can be done about it is a farce that has been proven today. 3. The militarization of the SE coupled with the extreme extortion of motorists something South Easterners have known for many decades. It paints a picture of an occupied region and we all know what follows whenever a living thing feels cornered. Even a herbivorous goat will turn carnivorous under such circumstance. 4. Lastly, the selective amnesia of the police in the SE is obvious even to the blind. Not a single Fulani herdsmen militia has ever been arrested in the SE but we've been counting our dead from their operation of which there are videos of their destruction. The recent discovery of over 50 decayed and decaying human corpses in the Fulani run Lokpanta Cattle market did not see any report from the Nigeria Police. Of course the lives of our people never mattered to them. If it were an Igbo run market elsewhere was involved in a similar situation, we all know how the Police, Army and every government security arm would have been up in arms baying for Igbo blood. As I type this, there's no single investigation on-going to discover the identity of those corpses and their killers. Everything has been swept under the carpet while our people have been left to mourn in utter dejection. If these four points are worked on, the police can redeem their image in the SE and most of the hunters hunting them will become calm. However, with our experience with any Nigerian organization when it comes to our affairs in the SE, we don't expect to see any positive change, hence, the rat race continues until the Nigerian question is attended to and solved. |
Meanwhile, thousands of African muslims are been slaughtered in Western Darfur by Arabs but the Nigerian muslims are silent about it. Nigerian muslims hate Africa and black Africans but eulogies and worship Arabs. The Masalith ethnic group is suffering genocide from Arab militias and members of the RSF. The same thing the Fulanis are doing here in Nigeria against the Southern Kaduna, Benue and Plateau people. |
ednut1:Like I said, a person without prejudice won't see any wrong in a friendly person offering to come flush off undesirables from their land. It is all prejudice that is colouring your view of Ojukwu's offer. You failed to realise why Ojukwu handed such an important mission to Banjo- a Yoruba man. Ojukwu trusted Banjo to deliver. Igbos never had any ill will towards Yorubas at the time which was why Banjo fled to the East. It's almost impossible selling this points to your type so I'll stop. I currently have adjusted to the type of relationship befitting what Yorubas dish to us. Let fate decide who remains. |
ednut1:Can you say exactly what was wrong with Ojukwu's orders to Banjo about Yoruba land at the time given the fact that the foremost Yoruba leader-Awolowo, painted the picture that Yorubaland could not protect itself from the north? Earlier, Ojukwu had tried helping Yorubaland by asking that all soldiers leave their regions of posting and returning back to their regions of origin which Gowon rejected. The West had no military leader after Fajuyi was killed by the northern coup plotters. So, Ojukwu sending Banjo with Biafran soldiers and resources for the liberation of Yorubaland was subject to him being able to know those who he could trust to run the affairs of the land. This is how a person without prejudice will interpret his letter. However, most of you will always view Ojukwu and other Igbos with prejudice. Ever since you lots have taken that stance of hating on Igbos, has Nigeria fared any good? In fact, that stance is the reason for the death of Nigeria. The same people your people chose to hate have continued to prosper yet you can't change your position against them. In the same letter, Ojukwu clearly told him to remember that Biafrans were friends with Yorubas and so, care must be taken to reduce acts of violence to the barest minimum with the lowest of casualties. Compare that with Benjamin Adekunle saying that they will shoot at anything that moves in Igboland. This summarizes how Igbos took Yorubas back in the days and how Yorubas started to hate Igbos back in the days. Lastly, do you know it was Adekunle that formed the 3rd Marine Commando without official directive and led mostly Yoruba soldiers into the war even before Biafran army led by Banjo moved close to Yorubaland? Don't just believe me... research on it yourself and prove me wrong by responding to my claim on this post. I'm expecting your response. |
ednut1:You Yorubas have chosen lies over truth and it will surely lead to your downfall. I'll ask you few questions from the falsehood you presented here as proof of Igbo crimes. Your only saving grace is to apologise and thereafter shut up. If you attempt to wiggle your way out through further lies, I'll heap curses on you. 1. Your proof of Igbos mocking Ahmadu Bello says the late Celestine Ukwu sang a song to mock him. You're using this to tell lies against the late Celestine Ukwu who never sang that song. The producer of that song was not an Igbo man and the song was produced a year before the coup and wasn't in any way related to coup or Ahmadu Bello. This issue has been settled here on nairaland with proofs but Yorubas like you will never choose the truth because of the hate that fill your evil hearts. 2. Mention one single community in Akwa-Ibom that was renamed by any Igbo man and state the name of the person responsible and what year the renaming was attempted. |
We are going to our own promised land which is Biafra. It has been ordained and so shall it be. Those who have treated us badly during our wilderness experience should brace up. We've got everything well recorded. They will be called to account for all they did. Those who arrested and detained Ezendigbo of Ajao Estate should expect a similar treatment because he is an innocent man who has committed no crime yet they held him by force without any justification. We are going home... Biafra is coming. Chukwu Okike Abiama bless MNK. May He bless IPOB. |
tsdarkside:Your primitivity and crudeness oozes and stinks like ewedu soup overdosed on iru. What exactly is halfcast? Is that suppose to mean a person of mixed heritage? Now I understand why your thought process is akin to a neanderthal's. At the top of it is your huge inferiority complex. May you remain in your back yard of primitivity in the SW. |
This is why I've been consistently calling the Nigerian army a terrorist organization. The Nigerian police is also not any different. Both are terrorist organizations. |
Oyo was never an empire. No proof whatsoever to show it was an empire. Disregard all the lies of the Yoruba people. |
DiscoverID:Whatever claims you've made has been rubbished by you including the Palestinian situation into what is happening in Lagos. The Lagos state government has a right to clear up blocked waterways and to do so after giving sufficient warning about her intention to demolish. If done openly without bias, no one will misconstrue it for the ethnic purging it is been interpreted currently. One thing you guys must know is that nothing is hidden anymore in this age. We are in the information age where everything can be recorded by the average person out there and can be perfectly interpreted by all enlightened people. Any building approved by the Lagos state government before construction deserves compensation if it turns out to deserve been demolished. Failure to do so comes at a price. Those without permits and are blocking such canals should be demolished but still by giving the people heads up to move their stuffs. This one where people's belongings are destroyed in a hurry reeks of pure motives and is obvious even to the blind. You don't expect us to clap for you; do you? The political and economic attacks on Ndigbo in Lagos recently is seen by all. Make una continue o but make una no quick forget who start am first. |
Ndigbo, just keep everything well documented. Some day, fate with turn and we dish back what is being done to us with proofs. |
Swiftgrp:Lol. I repeat, there's no any useless Ijaw initiation and naturalization ceremony anywhere. This lie will never stick anywhere. Whatever happened over there was as a result of a cultural melting point. Before Jaja was even born or came to Bonny, many other Igbos have been kings and occupied big positions in Bonny. There are names to back it up. The founders of Bonny had mostly Igbo names and are of the Ngwa/ Ndoki stock. The other powerful house that fought Jaja and sent him packing out of Bonny was led by another Igbo known as Oko Jumbo who was also an ex-slave. Bonny was Igbo speaking right from inception just like Opobo. They happened to adopt the Ijoid communal organization of using war canoe houses because it suited the terrain very well. You'll be surprised if you ask the traditional names of most of the founders/ owners of those war canoe houses. They adopted English names but when you go into their archives, most have Igbo names. They want you to take it that all Igbos in Bonny were there as a result of slave trade but the reality on ground proves it to be false. The Igbo dialect of Bonny isn't that of the other Igbo groups who suffered more in the slave trade but is of the Ndoki stock who traditionally occupy important positions in Bonny. For Opobo, the Andoni people even claim that they gave that portion of land to Jaja after he consulted them. As you can see, Opobo is very close to Andoni and is by the mouth of the Imo river. Ibibios aren't really bordered by the coast which most of you don't know. The stretch from Andoni to Ibeno are the same people who speak the same language that is Ekoid. A language similarity test was done for Andoni language between Ekoi and Ibibio. It was discovered that Andoni is more closer to Ekoi than their nearest Ibibio neighbours. This also supported their claims of migrating from Cameroon through Ekoi groups before settling where they are now. When Jaja went to Bonny, 14 of the 18 war canoe houses went with him. Bear in mind that Bonny was Igbo dominated at the time so most of those who went with him were still Igbos. Any Ibibio influence in Opobo is very minimal. They were very good in palm oil production which Jaja liked but when it came to the Opobo community, there's hardly anything related to Ibibio to be seen not even their popular ekpe masquerades made it to Opobo. Ikot Abasi NE of Opobo was annexed by Jaja and was called Igwenga. They were not traditionally the same land. Ikot Abasi had people living there and doing their things but not the same in Opobo. It was a virgin land. The next community south of Opobo known as Queenstown was formed by one of Jaja's close ally and chief who disagreed with him on certain things. It was also a virgin land. There were lots of virgin lands in that area. Infact, most of the marsh lands of Rivers state were virgin lands and had communities formed only in 1800s. Only Bonny, Okrika and Andoni were known communities before 1800s. Original Okrika was a very small Island Ijaw fishermen used to settle on to gather their fishes before coming up towards Port Harcourt waterside to sell to Igbo and other upland farmers in exchange for crops. All the Kalabari communities were new settlements found by Igbo, Ijaw migrants from Bayelsa and Efik/Ibibio plus other central delta groups of people. This is why Kalabari got her name from New Calabar after some Efiks left Old Calabar to come to those empty lands are resume the trade they've been doing in Calabar. Over time, New Calabar turned into Kalabari. Finally, I don't have a link to those documents now. It was in an old device. It is easy to get though. Just google about the history of Andoni people. The author is a popular Andoni man. I forgot his name. |
Swiftgrp:Lol. What fake Ijaw customs and traditions are you talking about? The lies that people make just to obscure history is very appalling. What drove Jaja from Bonny was never the contest for kingship. Therefore, the claim of his erstwhile slave status was irrelevant to him being a king in Bonny. It was pure jealousy that led to the fight that saw him leaving Bonny. After successfully establishing a new community on a virgin land, he became king by the virtue of him being her founder. Some Europeans calling him Chief never robbed him of his deserved title as the king of Opobo. There's this iconic picture of him adorning his Akwete cloth and a big conical raffia hat. That dressing obviously was befitting of a king and not a mere chief. Comclusion... Jaja was the King of Opobo undisputed and his descendants remain on the throne till today. He was not a mere chief. Joseph was a slave but he later became a prime minister. Don't allow one useless Ijaw conjectures to blind you to common sense. A man can change his fortune and Jaja did change his to become a king. |
Anyone who protests should be shot dead by the terrorist Nigerian army especially the agbadorians. They better go commit suicide quietly in their stinky rooms. It is now survival of the fittest until Nigeria implodes and division becomes impossible to stop. |
Swiftgrp:Tales by moonlight. Jaja was a king by the virtue of him founding a new settlement. It's well recorded in history. |
igwebuike01:Ndoni people are Igbos of the Ukwuani stock. Andoni people are a cross river related ethnic group who trace their history of migration from the coastal area of Cameroon. One of their sons did a research and published a book about their people and origin. They have no single relationship with the Ijaws whose origin is from the West. The Andoni people speak a language that sounds like the Ekoi. A good number of their words end with the letter 'k'. All the Ijaws claiming them are criminals. The Andoni people have no cultural or religious similarity with the Ijaws. They call God 'Awaji' and not Tamuno or Tamara like the Ijaws. I downloaded that book and read a lot about them to know that they are not by 1% related to the Ijaws. However, the pressure from the Ijaw against them is very strong such that some of them will reluctantly agree to be Ijaws but they don't speak or understand any dialect of Ijaw. Check youtube for videos of Andoni people and listen to their language for confirmation. They also have their own association which isn't IYC or INC. |
80 decomposed and decomposing bodies arounda market and yet that market isn't shutdown for investigations? This is absurd. Don't they know the gravity of the offence? How else will they prevent a re-occurrence if they don't give it the seriousness they deserve? |
FreeStuffsNG:Shame on you. Arabs are committing genocide right now in Western Sudan Darfur region against your own fellow black African but it doesn't move you. You still are not moved by the killings and displacement of your own country men in the middlebelt but here you are crying about the death of Arabs. Shame on you. You even wished power to come to Arabs instead of saying it for Africans because you're so sick with Stockholm syndrome. You love the Arabs more than yourself and care not about your own people. Shame on you. As horrible as the european transatlantic slave trade was, we today have survivors who are living in better opportunities and having access to opportunities. Now tell us the fate of the millions Arabs took from Africa as slaves. There's nothing left of them today. NOTHING! Both Africans and Arabs have suffered from European interference and overbearing attitude. An African should speak for Africans FIRST before speaking for the others who even dislike Africans. RELIGION HAS FRIED YOUR BRAINS. |
WriterNig:Chai... enwero ihe mmadu agaghi ahu. See this ekuke from third world, violence ridden and poverty capital of the world complaining when his own shithole country can't even boast of producing a simple toothpick. |
Meanwhile, villagers are being slaughtered in the middlebelt without any soldiers to defend them. When you say you love Nigeria, may Nigeria happen to you. |

Stating facts is now anti igbo. See links below . The war was just a war for south south resources. Which the Nigerian side won shikena. The vanguard link is from ffk whose father was picked up during the coup. As you can see these are the factors that influenced the northern caucus to do a counter coup. Its all history now which side was right or wrong is now subjective.
