@ Toba, i'm gud oh, my soul is still inside my body! By d way, i hope Ʊ informed Ʋr pastor as well as other members of the church congregation that they wld no more b seeing u in church again cos u've decided to put ur dream of getting a muslim wife into reality? |
^ lol, ameerah! see how Ʊ're xposing my behind, i hope toba did not go to church oh ![]() |
Oh my God, i cant believe i did not see this thread until it hit the home page! So Toba's obsession for Muslim nl ladies finally got this kind of enormous attention! Well, first of all, i must give u all (Toba in paticular) kudos for making ur posts & responses non-offensive (hardly u see threads that involve religious differences without insults & this one got to 10 pages with reasonable comment "no insults"). Secondly, Toba, after all deol, bhusayor & others have said about u having to convert not because u want to get a Muslim wife but because u purely want to become a true believer in the Islamic faith, i suggest u start to gather facts, start to read & learn more about true & pure Islam (the little Quranic verses u learnt & fasting is so not enough). I hope i did not waste my time posting this cos i am assuming Ʊ're serious with Ʋr quest! u having to convert not because u want to get a Muslim wife but because u purely want to become a true believer in the Islamic faith, i suggest u start to gather facts, start to read & learn more about true & pure Islam (the little Quranic verses u learnt & fasting is so not enough). I hope i did not waste my time posting this cos i am assuming Ʊ're serious with Ʋr quest! |

This is just too sad, i bought d car i'm currently using & the one b4 if from 2 different nairalanders, i'm one who is known to always take risks like this but this kind of scenarios don't portray a good image for auto dealers on NL as i'm compelled 2 ve 2 think deep in my nxt dealings with a nairalander . & to also imagine dat this particular dealer (german007) has had this same issue b4, so so sad. |
@ op, u're so so wrong, u stated somewhere that u're married, well, based on dαt fact, ȋ'd like to chip in this "with all due respect, u need to show yur wife love at any time u get d chance to" the alternative can be catastrophic. only an immature or single man wld start a topic like this. |
@ xynerise, if i remember quite well, u once told a story similar to this about two or three months ago or was it skydeep? |
We re still waiting, by the way, i jst want to state how unpatriotic it ȋ̊s for nigerians to continue blaming GEJ for all thiz, this ȋ̊s beyond the power of one man |
lol @ topic, what are u pleading for? are they forcing d money out of u? |
LMAO @ "una been dey phuck for cassette" |
Jst drove frm british america though secretariat junction all d way to nipss, kuru, no sign of any unrest, most shops are locked how ever. Cld see black fumes rising into d sky. |
i only hope they would be willing to accept the Gesture considering the fact that Northerners Generally do not appreciate the idea of western education, and i'm just wondering why the emphasis on Northern Muslims? there are equally Muslims in the South / South-West. ![]() |
OP, no long story, except u live in the village and already have ur own house, don't let anybody deceive u, 45,000 IS NOT ENOUGH TO START A FAMILY IN NIGERIA OF TODAY !!! |

sucessful1:i've got a soft copy of the Penal code and the 1999 Constitution, i've gone through them and there is no reference to Drunk driving, so except it was added during the recent amendment, i'd say my question remains on point. IYA NGBALI:Was that necessary? if u knew u cld not give a reasonable answer, cld'nt u just read and move along without posting? |
Dyt dear! Hafy betday! ȋ̊'ve got α̲̅ surprise gift for Ʊ, it's inbitwin my legz. "Wait first! Ȋ̊s ϑα̲̅t α̲̅ strand of grey hair ȋ̊ see on Ʋr head?" |

1. Accidents "auto crash" happen everyday, It's was destined by God ![]() 2. Bad Road The two above statements are the most common reasons Nigerians tend to give when Auto accidents happen mostly ignoring the physiological or mental state of the driver(s) involved in the crash b4 it occurred. As much as i wld like to agree that the poor state of roads coupled with the fact that most Nigerian drivers don't take certain safety precautions/measures while driving are causes of most accidents, a drunk (under the influence of alcohol) person behind a steering wheel is as dangerous as driving a car without breaks. I'm very sure if statistics are to be taken, there would be a significant ratio of drunken driver related accidents as to other causes. it's an irony to say that some Long distance drivers in Nigeria can't embark on a journey if they haven't taking alcohol, and u hear some people claiming they drive better when drunk ![]() Yes, there are warning signs on our interstate highways about drunk driving, but the questions that lingers are 1. Is/are law(s) against drunk driving in Nigeria? 2. If there is/are, who is/are in-charge of enforcing it/them? 3. what is/are the penalty(ies) of a convicted offender? from my little research, In the US for example, an accident doesn't necessarily have to occur b4 one is charged and convicted of drunk driving (DUI), a driver going above a certain speed limit is stopped by a traffic police and if the officer suspects the driver is under the influence of alcohol, he/she is subjected to a sobriety (blood alcohol level) test, he/she is tagged an offender if he/she fails the test. i'm not comparing the US with Nigeria, but this is not a very complex task to achieve, i mean, why should people's life's be wasted just because one driver thought it was ok to move a vehicle in his/her drunken state? |
kcswat:So i guess we shld watch out for the "revenge of the civil war". ![]() |
seriously? is that d best u can come up with? u're not even helping matters i'm sure u've seen this https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-736492.0.html , it's even on the home page smh ![]() |
