allthingsgood: Moronic assertion. Not everyone desires to steal very few do, I'm not encouraging stealing but you can never can tell what anyone can become when pushed to the wall. Will you watch your parents who can't work and siblings who have been crying of hunger for two days die, can you do that? If both state and federal government will see the interest of the citizens first, we shouldn't be here. |

Akinfemmy: No follow that Arabic advice. What do you want to do with your life? What do you have now? Who needs your services? How can you connect with people that can help you succeed? Be conscious of also adding value to them. |

Erons2000: Words on marble. If they even steal to circulate within the country, then the money works within the country, they steal to export or even keep the money dormant; How stupid, anyways evil was not designed to bring holistic success and have the best interest of people at heart. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Food Crisis: No Plan To Establish Price Control Board - Tinubu by Yusufisraelj(m): 8:17pm On Feb 16 |
theredaddy: True you have a point, I've forgotten regional trade. The challenge actually with opening the border is that local production will be relegated, a dangerous precedence. |
Politics / Re: Food Crisis: No Plan To Establish Price Control Board - Tinubu by Yusufisraelj(m): 6:32am On Feb 16 |
mosegifted: How are you reasoning at all, this is a very sensible move. When you regulate food prices, you kill the incentive to farm and do business in agriculture, by doing so you kill the agricultural sector for good. When you open the border for importation you give foreign exchange priority: Dollar might get to 5,000. The food prices will still be high and your agricultural sector will still be dead because at the end of the day some people will buy foreign rather than local. 11 Likes |

Romance / Re: Why Is There Sometimes Traffic After Rainfall by Yusufisraelj(m): 10:23pm On Feb 15 |
Two in my opinion: 1. During heavy down pour people restrict movement, once the rain is gone, those who wanted to move earlier plus those wanting to move now hit the road. This only happens in crowded cities and along major roads that leads to work or home. 2. Poor drainages render some roads non-motorable at that point, so available roads along that axis becomes the choice and causes traffic, again for crowded cities. |
Politics / Re: Petrol Landing Cost Hits N1,000/litre On FX Crisis by Yusufisraelj(m): 7:47am On Feb 15 |
nairalanda1: I know, but does it please logic that a country as rich as Nigeria and the vast oil reserves we have still imports fuel? Shouldn't a government insist that we refine our own fuel and own the technology of refining? It's really troubling and annoying. A little study of the situation and why it persisted was because it was lucrative to few people to who had shares or kickbacks from the refining companies. |
Politics / Re: Petrol Landing Cost Hits N1,000/litre On FX Crisis by Yusufisraelj(m): 7:39am On Feb 15 |
nairalanda1: My brother, the issue here isn't even about subsidy, why was it in place from inception? It goes to tell you that we as a country havent been patriotic from the get go. |

Career / Re: NBA Rejects Agreement To Let UK Lawyers Practise In Nigeria by Yusufisraelj(m): 4:04pm On Feb 14 |
emkz: No doubt NNPC is complacent in some areas, but your submission here reeks of gross ignorance. I know spectacular engineers that understand the Ins and outs of oil and gas drilling, refining and product development. To come here and talk like this show's you do not know the industry one bit. The major challenge in the oil and gas sector is the lack of indigenous technology on a large scale not competency. |
