me don arrest person before. Someone I have patronized for years, even when he moved to a different state. The last time I travelled down to buy something, I bought more than I needed, just so I don't travel back agaiin. Due to how long I've known him, didn't bother overChecking things. This was something I could have boughht from someone closer, but since I've known this person for log, I went that far.

When I finally found out all were rubbish, I complained thinking He would be understanding, and agree to change them. I myself would just have to again transport myself to his place again. Oga initially tried dribling me but when I saw what He was doing, I asked for refund, and that I would bring them back, even though that meant I would spend over half of the money on transportation. Hhe made it clear that if I come to his shop, he would use taskForce to arrest me.
Anyway, I felt bitter and when I feel such way, I don't often mind spending 100 naira to recover 10 naira.

Cost of transportation was more than half of the cost of the item. But I didn't mind. I spent twice cost of the items to get him arrrested, ensured He paid me my cost of transportation both for my previous coming and current coming to his shop; also ensured he Paid me my money 100% + the extras I spent in getting the taskForce, and a little token for my inconvenience. this is after he got a series of beatings from same taskForce he threatened me with.

If you have been to Arena, you go know say na millitary people dey there. I only asked they look into the issue to determine who was wrong. I even asked the seller to call 2 or more people who know about electronics to come be a neutral judge. When they came, the taskForce people ensured they didn't know the seller was at the mercy of their response else maybe those ones would havve tried taking side.

Now when you consider all the Seller went through, and what it cost him, you would understand say most times, simple word "SORRY" and your willingness to make amends is very cheap irrespective of wether you end up looking weak or not. Some of us no too normal. Me no sabi wahala and I'm so quiet it's easy taking me for a ride.

why I am saying these things is - atimes we do any how since we believe the customer doesn't know us or is far from us. Nothing like ensuring peace with others. Myself don't mind making peace with you even at ma own detriment. of course I ensure there would be no chance of a repeat. this person you dey talk to any how, irrespective of if he's actually at fault or not, might choose to take things far. Don't forget, your worst enemy is that one you don't know.

Before we uses direct electricity which we collectively pays monthly but recently got change to prepaid meter. With each fat with it own prepaid meter. The landlord refuse to bring another prepaid separately for the compound water Pumping Machine.
However the tenants come to dialogue and agreed to tap electricity from my own prepaid meter to the pumping machine in agreement that each tenant will be paying me 1000naira monthly. So I want to know if 5k can be enough to run pumping machine for a month?

If you want to buy inverters as much as possible avoid Chinese brands e get why.
You are better off with Indian brands.

Chinese has this bad habit of designing system such that when they have issues, you get a new one.
I will recommend vil power, easy maintainance and support.

Yeah it's Transformer based so it should power your submersible pump. The HP matters though

Unless you did the measurements yourself, don't stick out your head for anybody. Those Alaba boys are magicians with both the tape rule and measuring scale. They would measure something in your front to be complete only to get home and measure it yourself and it becomes short.

I don't think Chichilas is lying or being unnecessary difficult, especially since this was the second time he is complaining on the same issue. He is genuinely upset.

Just apologise, make it up to him one way or the other. You could invite him for a drink or send him the money for a drink and forget the whole episode. It's just not worth the anger and bad feelings.

Very bad business ethics. Customer satisfaction should be a big part of your business philosophy for long term survival and success. The customer already made his concerns known before ordering based on previous order. You should have told him the truth that you have no control the cable length as you are a vendor or tell him the actual length of a labelled 100 yard cable is actually 80 yards. I know that is the standard practice among those alaba international sellers.
Even after the customer complaint you should have simply apologised and offer to refund the extra N20k. This would have made him happy and a repeat customer. You have now only now lost a long term customer but also businesses he would have brought you in future, all because of N20k.

The truth about inverter buys in Nigeria. You are on your own.
Basically if you have the money to buy high end inverters eg deye... just buy extra panel and parts before it is shipped to you from abroad.

If you know you are not balanced financial pls I will advice don't go for high end inverters. Stick with inverters that can be easily repaired in Nigeria. Easily in the sense not to expensive to repair.

Omo I don't know both the buyer and seller but I'll tell you something that has happened to my consultant friend, he's into snail business and had orders.

He sent 150 pcs counted, stocked from Benin to Warri, the buyer received about a 100. Something similar happened when he shipped an order with the Snails not complete, he had to send the balance. Eventually we found out that the culprit were from the bus park, shortchanging him as soon as he left the park.

So however this case is, you ought to have sent the corresponding cable.

To all users out there, for inverter if you don't have the funds for big brands like Victron or Deye, and you are keen on warranty, go for TBB(Far better than most brands with 2 good years warranty) or go for felicity (same 2 years warranty).

Any other brand should be Zinox iPowerPlus (with 1 year warranty). This is Axpert clone which is also a good brand.
