tglobal: You cation the man because the woman is at a disadvantage in a physical brawl.
This however has no way of getting physical, so I don't see why gender should be a consideration. I also hold that it is insulting to step in to defend someone on an online forum, simply because they are female because it is implicitly assuming that they do not have the capacity to do so and her fragile Frankly, it is insulting to safarigirl (or any woman for that matter) for anyone to think they can't stand up for themselves intellectually or verbally. From what I see here, safarigirl is well able to handle herself and shouldn't need people standing up for her. Nowhere did anyone stood up for safarigirl, I just don't like when people use the word "hate" on a fellow human, I do caution people around me whenever they do so. If they like they should insult eachother from now till thy kingdom come wetin concern me |

KevinDein: Is this for real?
If N'golo Kante isn't world class then there's probably no world class defensive midfielder out there, cos I honestly can't think of anyone better than him in that role. Dude is an absolute beast; he's got an amazing stamina that makes it looks like his team is playing with an extra man. He's like a much more mobile version of Makelele. you guys can be funny, too much EPL is affecting some, if Kante is world class Matuidi is what. Outside EPL where have Kante performed champions league, euros or world cup. |

TheSuperNerd: "Busquets is the 'white-form' of Mikel"
Cc: Sir Joseph1013
I think Sir Zicky just dropped a very powerful fact.
If Busquets was Nigerian playing for Chelsea and and Mikel was Spainard playing for Barca..... Hehehehehe... Don't you think you will rate Mikel above busquets?
Coz truth is they play the same way in the DM/CM role only that Mikel has more skillsets than busquets as can be seen in the green-and-white. I couldn't have said it any better *thumbs up* Mikel is the more talented of the two |

joseph1013: This is a disappointing comment. Busquets is irreplaceable in the Barcelona team. Busquets gives some of the most difficult kind of passes that break opposition lines. He is widely acknowledged as the best defensive midfielder in the world. That's what TheGoodJoe was saying about defensive midfielders. Because they are not flamboyant, their roles tend to be underplayed.
You believe the way he breaks down opposition plays will not thrive in a team like Juventus and Chelsea? Busquet is overhype the guy is the white form of Mikel even KDB to me is worth to be called a world class, playing for wolfburg nd city |

joseph1013: World Class is a relative thing. My definition of a world class player would be somebody, who CONSISTENTLY wins games himself for BOTH club and country. You have to be super consistent to be world class. Left to me, there are only a handful of World Class players in football right now. Thinking at the top of my head, I can't count more than 20.
Goalkeepers: David de Gea, Manuel Neuer, Gianluigi Buffon
Full backs: David Alaba, Marcelo
Centre backs: Thiago Silva, Jerome Boateng, Mats Hummels, Pepe, Diego Godin
Defensive/central midfielders: N’Golo Kanté, Sergio Busquets, Luka Modric
Wingers: Eden Hazard, Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi
Strikers: Luis Suárez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robert Lewandowski
In fact, it is possible for the players on my list to be debated, but what that means is that there are even less world class players than I thought. nawao, Kante world class after 2 season #smh |

owngoalnigeria.com/2017/02/07/dutch-legend-confesses-kanu-has-something-special-in-him-just-like-finidi/ Kanu is raw talent with no football academy training, I remember his first game at Arsenal, he was suppose to give the ball back to his opponent(fair play) but instead dribble the keeper and score. To me Kanu is the most talented African player |

TheGoodJoe:
Do you think Ndidi has the ability to draw Guardiola's belief to drop Fernandinho on the bench? Remember that Fernandinho is one of the best passers in the EPL. His work rate and style suits Guardiola. Maybe we should keep going in circle, Aguero is one of the best strikers in EPL and one Jesus without any pedigree in EPL keep him on the bench and you want me to believe Ndidi one of the best passers in Belgium can not bench Fernandinho all that is required is belief. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by zicky(m): 7:43am On Feb 06, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe:
Fernandinho is one of the best pass masters in the whole of EPL. Ndidi has a lot of work to get to that level.
Belief comes with ability. Aguero is one of the best striker in the whole of EPL and one Jesus is keeping him one the bench, so Ndidi can also bench Fernandinho iif the coach believes in his ability. |

komekn: My advice remains the same from the onset that Kelechi needs to find another club. Where he can be the first choice striker and develop his game further.
This is what Dembele at Celtic has done and he is debatably the most in demand young striker in Europe.
Very wisely declined to go to Chelsea where he will not develop even with big ££££ offered. Is your judgment base on previous coaches at Chelsea or the current coach |

Besides, he is still very young and may not necessarily end up playing for Barcelona's A team. Other clubs may come for him as time goes on. That move is just like a stepping stone for him. I see it as a good move. why is it better than being in Enyimba, just want to know |

zoboizee: Guys, can someone tell them in NFF that not every player that made the headlines in England of Nigerian descent they should be clamouring to call up to the NT. At the moment, to the best of my knowledge only injured Moses Odubajo & young Tammy Abraham are worthy of call ups to our NT. They have the potentials/ qualities needed in the Super Eagles for now. As for the rest, we have better local substitute.
On Iheanacho Sane, Stirling, Debruyne, Navas, & Gabriel are considered on the wings because of their skill, pace, vision, & of course, good first touch. Even Aguero can play on the wings. Kelechi will need to polish his game with skillful moves, deft first touch & also work on his right foot like obafemi martins to be considered for more than just a "clinical finisher" because dats is d only thing Pep says about him. Look at Success, ighalo, ideye or Osaze, they can operate from the wings or centre largely due to their pace & skills. You guys forget where Iheanacho is coming from, go watch the U-17 over again nacho was very skillfull and gat lots of vision e.g the pass to Success against Sweden, that was why City went for him not just for his goals, so am surprise when people say Iheanacho lack skills and vision, he might not give you those leg-overs but was a skillfull player it was city trying to make him a prolific striker I believe that made him people to start seeing him differently. |

Lazyerudite: At this stage I have to say it, iheanacho sadly has to leave, time to move on. Better things shall come his way eventually. He is obviously not in Pep's plans. He should honourably and quietly leave to where he can improve. @Goodjoe, No need to argue this anymore, the facts have become glaring. When Safarigirl was saying it, I reserved my comments and wanted to watch how things played out. No more arguements on this please. The die has been cast. Time to move on Exactly, Kelechi is not in his plans and you know what happened to a player not in the plans of Lord Pep. |

How can you say a player that makes costly error almost every match is better than a player that hardly makes one, we just manage Omeruo just cos no better option but now we have on in Ekong. |

Say what you know. You do not know what I think. I believe you read the part the writer spoke about Nacho starting just 5games and not going beyond 60mins even after scoring and assisting save for one. What will you call that "confidence booster" Is that how your Lord & Master Pep boost other players confidence or is that part of the drill. |
