This however has no way of getting physical, so I don't see why gender should be a consideration. If N'golo Kante isn't world class then there's probably no world class defensive midfielder out there, cos I honestly can't think of anyone better than him in that role. Dude is an absolute beast; he's got an amazing stamina that makes it looks like his team is playing with an extra man. He's like a much more mobile version of Makelele.

He is widely acknowledged as the best defensive midfielder in the world. That's what TheGoodJoe was saying about defensive midfielders. Because they are not flamboyant, their roles tend to be underplayed.

World Class is a relative thing. My definition of a world class player would be somebody, who CONSISTENTLY wins games himself for BOTH club and country. You have to be super consistent to be world class. Left to me, there are only a handful of World Class players in football right now. Thinking at the top of my head, I can't count more than 20.

Kanu is raw talent with no football academy training, I remember his first game at Arsenal, he was suppose to give the ball back to his opponent(fair play) but instead dribble the keeper and score. To me Kanu is the most talented African player

Enyimba is not anyhow club, some players will prefer playing for Enyimba than playing for a division 3 club in Spain, I don't know if the club is Barcelona or Madrid.

Besides, he is still very young and may not necessarily end up playing for Barcelona's A team. Other clubs may come for him as time goes on. That move is just like a stepping stone for him. I see it as a good move.

Guys, can someone tell them in NFF that not every player that made the headlines in England of Nigerian descent they should be clamouring to call up to the NT. At the moment, to the best of my knowledge only injured Moses Odubajo & young Tammy Abraham are worthy of call ups to our NT. They have the potentials/ qualities needed in the Super Eagles for now. As for the rest, we have better local substitute.

On Iheanacho
Sane, Stirling, Debruyne, Navas, & Gabriel are considered on the wings because of their skill, pace, vision, & of course, good first touch. Even Aguero can play on the wings. Kelechi will need to polish his game with skillful moves, deft first touch & also work on his right foot like obafemi martins to be considered for more than just a "clinical finisher" because dats is d only thing Pep says about him. Look at Success, ighalo, ideye or Osaze, they can operate from the wings or centre largely due to their pace & skills.

You guys forget where Iheanacho is coming from, go watch the U-17 over again nacho was very skillfull and gat lots of vision e.g the pass to Success against Sweden, that was why City went for him not just for his goals, so am surprise when people say Iheanacho lack skills and vision, he might not give you those leg-overs but was a skillfull player it was city trying to make him a prolific striker I believe that made him people to start seeing him differently.
