Now tell me, these acts of your so-called gods - authorizing the killing of adulterers, drowning of babies of illicit origin, the killing of scores of innocent parties in the traditional trial by ordeal, the mass destruction of villagers on the 'sin' of an individual, the ostracization of folks from their native communities, the sacrifice of virgins to appease the gods, the traditional practice of buring a ruler with the heads of young lads(a ritual which if ignored attracts the wrath of the gods)....and on..are they in sync with a just and forgiving god? I think the description aptly fits your traditional deities that can strike terror and destruction at will and without warning on a people who are still bound in darkness. PAGAN 9JA has opined that a God who stands on the sidelines and watch destruction unfold on people is a wicked God. Well tell me, what has your god done to avert the throng of political and economic unrest that currently plagues the nation? At least we know God helped the Israelites, supernaturally fed them, clothed them, provided a place for them, fought for them...gave them military, financial, economic advice that stood them apart from other nations. What has your orisa done for the nation Nigeria? How has your god made a difference so that the Almighty God would pale in comparison? How does one 'erect' a piece of carving, of wood or stone, endow it with the attributes of a deity, and 'worship' it? Traditional 'gods' are but a reminder of our ignorant past. According to the provision of the criminal law, the act of rape is not complete until 'penetration' has occurred. I'd rather say it is a crime of attempted rape. Again, her story should not be discounted on the grounds of lack of evidence..every case should be treated according to its own merit. Since the 'culprit' is dead, we cannot ascertain the veracity of the victim's statement. Therefore if her statement or report holds true after investigations, she should be releasd from custody....especially in the absence of 'witnesses.' |

The question is why did she go with a guy to his house at nigh? she was fully aware that he was drunk.Where is the motive? Where is the mens rea? Her story should not be discounted simply because the deceased cannot give his testimony when you can even see from the official report and events that 'the fact speak for themselves.' |

This is what his left-over brain tells him to do - teach the technical, fundamental and sentimental analysis of forex as well as the candlestick patterns, chart patterns, support and resistance, calculation of pip value, position sizing, the use of leading and lagging indicators, having a trading plan, how to create a trading system, carry trades, using multiple time frames...etc with mindless and pathetic display of his trading account! Folly has limits but this is an exception...classic display of incurable folly... Yes...the only thing you are showing off is your skills in folly which is undoubtedly matchless. I never trusted this Felix guy from the beginning mostly because his method of forecasting the market even before a session opens in which he includes the direction, the take profit and stop loss levels is wholly dubious, a far contrast from the way the market should be analyzed in a very unpredictable environment like forex... Forex is all about getting the odds to your side which is the reason for technical, fundamental and sentimental analysis...however Felix uses 'copy and paste' analysis to swindle unsuspecting folks. My sympathies to his victims but am glad you have learnt never to indiscriminately trust someone with your hard earned cash no matter how promising he may appear...trust only when he has positive reviews and recommendations from folks all over the forum and outside the forum...even then you must still carry out your due diligence cos reviews and recommendations might be staged for all I care. SurveyProf,now that you are here I am certain this con artist's days are numbered. Your capability is tried, tested and trusted. You know, intelligence is not the all important factor that counts in passing an examination. .There are other factors like 'result withheld,' 'no result yet,' and a host of other negative factors. Like the Bible said..the race is not to the swift neither the battle to the mighty nor bread to the clever but time and chance happens to them all..Without prayer most likely one's efforts will fail where they should bear fruit. It is not like I am saying that without prayer one will fail but my point is that one should backup one's efforts with prayer.
