Isn’t a sitting Governor empowered to deal with land in the State as he sees fit. He holds in trust for the people.

You need to know that-
1. It is highly fuel efficient.
2. Has one of the best power-steering technologies.
3. Has reliable engines.
4. Has very excellent road holding.
5. But it’s front-wheel technology is seriously suspect though it should be apparent to the owner before it gives right in the middle of the road!
6. You must be prepared to maintain the front-wheels regularly.
Safe driving.

this is one of the oldest resorts in Nigeria built in 1985, Nigeria is truly blessed.

@ lalasticlala
Quality construction. Very solid management! Sharp investment! Cocksure ROI Projections have been attained. Must be refocusing now that insecurity and terrible traffic and condition of the Lagos Ibadan Expressway no longer makes it an attractive destination for blue chip corporate patronage! Just thinking ..... the management could do a helipad or two to ferry clientele and the blue chips might be back in. I hate to see the place run down by the unruly pasocrowd breaking bottles on heads wearing weird hairstyles straight outta hell’s Salon R & D Department and dirty and unwashed bodies of lecherous money-miss road folks looking out for short-time coitus!

It was 35k for a single room and 60k for the suite/night but it's negotiable for groups and corporate organizations. The use of all the facilities is included in the price excluding food and drinks.
I won’t leave until it’s noon sharp! Lolzzzzzzzzzz

This one looks like Dragnet test centre or JAMB’s CBT centre. Nothing conference about them...

Naso... cheesy
Some training sessions require such settings. You may have training sessions that require strategic thinking without distractions.

Don't mind my combos, As a foodie, I am always trying out crazy combos lol

Reason you think TCC has been a secret all these while is because it has been focused on serious, productive and corporate entities for patronage. It was a conference centre. You were not sure to have its gates thrown open for you just because you could pay! May be a different focus has come to play now!

OnlyGod can deny Oyetola a second term! Omisore is The Knight in shining armour heading in Aregbesola’s direction! Omisore will deflate the empty balloon Aregbesola has always been in the environment where the electorate can see beyond their noses. As for pdp, they are welcome to once again field the black sheep of The Adeleke Dynasty who is sure to be wounded politically beyond redemption!

The music they dance to will stop playing soon. Too many times we fail to note there's been a power outage simply because the ceiling fan still oscillates howbeit slowly until it comes to a stop.
Politics › Re: Easter Celebration: Senate Adjourns Plenary By Three Weeks by zoedew: 5:41pm On Mar 24, 2021
They are gone again and this time for THREE WEEKS! Let's compare notes: students barely have three days of Easter holidays, public servants barely have three days off work for Easter and the citizenry barely have three days of Easter holidays! The National Assembly is indeed an assemblage of vultures preying on the carcass of what is left of Nigeria in the hope that the cadaver will never get exhausted! In war all is fair! Oshiomhole and his gang of political marauders gave Obaseki War! You expect him to adopt tactics that will give his political enemies room to manoeuvre?

Crush your enemies totally!
Who goes to bed leaving a half dead viper in the rafters! Especially when they are as lethal as Oshiomhole’s Gang of Political Marauders who take the Electorate for dummies and went to the extent of the ridiculous to stop the re-election of Obaseki. Day and night they plot how to undermine Obaseki’s government. The strategic thing to do is to stamp them out. Take them out. Quench their fire and dump the ashes of their ruin in the blackish River Ethiope in neighbouring Delta State!

I think you are correct. It is really strange that it does not concern you what others do with their lives. I should think you do not live among humans. If you do it should concern you how others live their lives. The world is a global village my friend. You are entitled to your opinion.
