No law empowered INEC to use electronic voting ,not even for “experiments” as was done with the staggered elections INEC admits to have conducted ,so on the back of which law did INEC experiment with electronic voting in the staggered elections? ,the law ,however ,empowers INEC to define its guidelines and if INEC includes electronic voting as part of its processes the law can recognize it ,also doesn’t it then follow that the staggered elections carried out by INEC to experiment with electronic voting becomes null and void if we must follow this logic strictly ,this thing isn’t about APC or PDP ,it is about our elections and the sanctity of it and if we have an umpire that tells 50 different tales to fifty recorders pointed to his mouth how then can we be sure to have a truly free and fair process ,that’s why it’s not good to lie cuz when you lie ,you now need several other lies to keep the first one alive

So the story have changed from INEC does not have a server @ all to "we have a server but it was not used in 2019"? Meanwhile, Mike Igini and other electoral officers have long exposed this stupid & irresponsible body for what it's.
