The young man in question will do well to get a good Lawyer. Tonye Cole will settle out of court with him on juicy terms. Tonye Cole has more to loose given his exposure in business and politics. It certainly will cost Tonye Cole more all things considered, to contest a Fundamental Rights Enforcement Proceedings by the young man.

And you think PDP will make the same silly mistake by allowing Atiku to buy off their delegates again. A man that is not marketable. Let me tell you the true, Atiku was even lucky to gathered those million of votes because he contested under PDP. Let him try another party and see whether he will get 1 million votes. At least Buhari tested his popularity under his own party which he founded CPC and still gathered over 12 million votes compared to Atiku votes' in 2007. My point is that Buhari defeated him hands down and he should stop disturbing people with this server of a thing cos election was conducted manually and counted manually.
Well, let’s see how things pan out. Given the role money plays presently in our democracy our political parties sadly, would appear incapacitated when it comes to the choice of flag bearers. Example? But for that, PDP victory in the recently concluded Governorship elections should be beyond the capacity of APC to rig same as it would have been overwhelming were the primaries not rigged in favour of a less marketable candidate in the person of Sen. Ademola Adeleke who is ill-suited for the Office all things considered. The previous Governor Aregbesola Of The APC had messed up governance and the people were ready to make the switch from APC to PDP but the PDP passed over the opportunity because money and not competence was the decider.

As if you are the judge that will decide on the case, stop saying trash here as expected from you Apc apologist. supreme court judges will decide on the pdp appeal as tendered to the court which specified the majority judgment of the tribunal court. you never read what CJN that precided on the case said in the hearing on June 17th. sure supreme court will decide on the pdp appeal according to laws backing electoral matters. stop judging on matter that you are ignorant of.
If you were not ignorant about the law it should soon be clear to you that what the CJN said on June 17th is no different from my post. You will wake up on July the Fifth.

THAT IS NOT HOW TO BUILD WHAT WILL STAND THE TEST OF TIME.
The law knows no sentiments my friend. Be objective about my post. Respond objectively. That man Atiku is bad news for Nigeria considering his trajectory in public life. He is an undertaker! He’ll sell anything including You! You won’t know you are no longer your own until folks point out your new owner! He said to www he will enrich his friends when he becomes the President of Nigeria! It is apparent you are either okay with that or held firm in the throes of cognitive dissonance.

Politics › Re: Atiku Heads To Supreme Court Over INEC Server by zoedew:
He is welcome! Which nation was looking forward to the Ruling! It is Abubakar Atiku and friends who he said on www he will enrich - obviously at our expense - when he becomes President that looked forward to the Ruling. His strategy is obviously to keep the matter in court for as long as he can so he can remain in the public consciousness till a time as closely as possible to the next Presidential elections when he is sure to give the Presidency another shot. No plausible explanation is there to appeal a decision that says it would amount to making an order in space and in vain to order the inspection of a server whose existence and or use in the transmission of the results is already in contention in the suit. Indeed best to prove in the course of the trial by tested oral testimony its existence, its use in transmitting the results and tender same. Only then can the court properly order such inspection.
In any event, Election Petitions are of a special kind and know no such appeal. The Petitioner must await the judgment and comprise the ruling he disagrees with in his appeal.

Our cultural values does not support impersonation and corruption. It is corruption and stealing (even if Jonathan disagrees!) to sit on the seat belonging to another with intention permanently to deprive the person of same! The Prof will be excused only where he sat on the young man’s seat in the mistaken belief it was his. It would be a different matter where the seats did not go round. In that event it would be unAfrican to not give up one’s seat for the elderly even if he were a crass illiterate!

Tale a closer look at the minority judgement of the appeal court.
Findings of fact by the lower court will only be set aside by a superior court where it is perverse! Is the finding of fact by the Court of Appeal on the record of proceedings before the Tribunal Of first instance perverse? That is the question the SC will consider on the alleged absence of Obiora J on the day in question.

Keep wondering, you will be surprise. This is just the beginning.
Assuming but not conceding that INEC did transmit the results by a server was it legal to do so? On what legal basis? The Constitution? Electoral Law? INEC Guidelines? If it was not legal, to what avail would it be to Atiku’s case? Zero! Atiku’s much touted server win results have no probative value! Ex turpi causa non oritur actio i.e. you cannot base an action on an illegal cause!
Politics › Re: Election Tribunal: Atiku Reacts, Shares Message Of Hope To All Nigerians by zoedew: 7:11pm On Jun 24, 2019
Abubakar Atiku, this is not about the generality of Nigerians but your friends you stated on www that you’ll enrich when you get to power and that is the reason you are this desperate to be President of Nigeria. We are not deceived! The main plank of your Petition is gone. You will now have to prove in open court and by oral testimony that INEC has or had a server which was used to transmit the Presidential Election result. If INEC did transmit the results by a server was it legal to do so? On what legal basis? The Constitution? Electoral Law? INEC Guidelines? If it was not legal, to what avail would it be to Atiku’s case? Zero! No probative value! Ex turpi causa non oritur actio i.e. you cannot base an action on an illegal cause!

If I happen to b the judge in this case hmmmmm, death by gradual frying.
When all is said and done and they are convicted of their misguided victim’s murder the State Governors still lack the balls to sign the death warrants for their execution. For example, Fake “Rev.” King is still living at taxpayers expense at Kirikiri Prisons simply because successive Lagos State Governors though fully grown men lacked the balls to sign the warrant for his execution!
