Tax reduction on its own will not attract investment and put money in the pocket of the typical Nigerian. What is needed is increased megawatts, revenue generation via taxes and ease of doing business minus corruption. Nigeria has the market! NLC should be about insisting that workers be paid what politicians get paid. They should eyeball provisions for security votes received by State Governors. They should speak to long, expensive and ostentatious motor vehicle convoys by State Governors and government officials. They should keep in focus the misgovernance of our clime. Finally the NLC should be mindful that Nigerial is a Federal State with each State at liberty to pay what its economy dictates as affordable. That is when NLC will be taken seriously!

The strange thing is they have no modicum of shame and still go about presiding and pontificating over our affairs. The French Revolution will encore here shortly and someday if they do not change for the better.

While it is reprehensible for FG to disobey court orders it is equally unconscionable for Dasuki to trumpet his constitutional rights in all the circumstances where monies meant for the fight against insecurity in the country were grossly and in a manner deeply steeped in impunity and corruption mismanaged by him leading to the needless death of citizens/soldiers and the demystification of our defence forces for lack of military equipment. Dasuki is thoroughly shameless!
