Seun: Some do. Some don't. At the end of the day. I would think most people wouldn't want a person to be involved with them that doesn't want to be with them. I know I wouldn't. Life will go on. Being hurt sucks but come on, if we are both adults we should be able to handle it properly. And if the black woman in question will act vindicitive wouldn't you know how she is PRIOR to getting involved with her? bawomolo: Most downlown men (no matter the race) won't admit it because they are "straight". Most downlown men (no matter the race) won't admit it because they are "straight". Anyway, any one can spread disease if they aren't careful but it is true that a lot of gay guys don't practice safe sex. I have some gay friends and a lot of them don't do it. aren't there downlow men among whites too. so why don't whites have the same STD's rate as AA broads. just because ur gay friends don't practice safe sex, doesn't mean most of them dude. please post a study that says that. what about lesbian ladies, u ladies just love to heap the blame on men for no reason. I'm not a dude. :-) And if you read all my comments on the downlow, you would get my side of the debate. Don't pick and choose and read what you want to read. I never said only black men are on the down low nor did I put all the blame on the men. You need to read more thoroughly. |

Because it's becoming one of major contributors to the spread of STD's. Unprotected gay sex than having unprotected sex with some one who doesn't know that youa re screwing around. But both sides are to blame. It's malice and ignorance no matter how you dice it. I currently live in Atlanta and it's HUGE here. I can't speak for everywhere but here, it's like a huge craze. Not sure why. Followed by drug use. |

@mrs lurker I am a nigerian but i have to say that you are the classiest woman ever and i admire your class a lot, you stand in the heat of the battle with all this people saying things about your people and you don't get angry and just loose it like i saw Toccara lose it on TV a couple of nights ago on "celebrity fit club" . But seriously though, you are a very temperate person, i just argued with one of my oyinbo (white) friends here, and she was getting all sensitive about my views on the things i don't like about America and i remember being so angry with her but you are the definition of grace my lady, and i apologise for all the shennanigans from our naija people on this board. |

I read her previous postings, I suggest you, @girl22 to educate yourself understanding Africa culture especially Nigeria without judgment and without believe in western media including black publications such as Ebony, Jet, Essence, Black Enterprise, as well as black media such as BET, TVOne, etc. Why don't you take your African History in your college elective course yourself? Nigeria itself has 250 language with the majority: Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo including English and 300 ethnic group/tribe. It also has 150 millions population in 35 states. I myself am not a Nigerian, but US citizen-born. girl22: @girl22, are you say that American increase gas and goods price higher in black communities while decrease or remain the same on gas/goods in white communities in the USA? I had been visited to Boston MA few years ago---i do not see myself personally on the city public bus as well as train riding as you mentioned above quote. That is flatly not true! What a laugh!   In every major cities in the USA, where public transportation provide, the reason why black folks enjoying to sit at the back of the bus is BECAUSE IT IS EASY ACCESSIBLE TO GET OFF THE BUS STOP at the rear exit door, not because of segregation days habits!  |

I don't know what kind@ bus u're talkin' about but the buses here have two doors, one at the front across from the driver at the right and another in the middle(1/2 of the bus) also at the right corner. Therefore, if u sit at the front, u can 'easily' get off the bus thru the front door. And if u sit in the middle, u cld easily get off also thru d 'rear door', which is actually at the second-half of the bus. So, there's no excuse for them sittin' there. I believe it's an act of self-degradation because back in segregation times, only white folks sat at the front of the bus while the back seats are meant for colored folks. Now,slavery is wayyyy over, so why the act?? Don't try to justify this act because it is practiced only by ignorant teenagers and some of these old homeless people. It came to my mind when girl22 made her comment about white people bein' a cause of black peoples' problem. I'm thinkin': how are they the cause of ur problem when they ain't even enslavin' u anymore but rather, u're enslavin' urself. |

Who invented AIDS? The AIDS headlines in the San Francisco Chronicle (newspaper in California) from 1981 to 1986 has focused almost entirely on the dubious science and media. (You should make aware the fact that San Francisco has a long history of homosexual city) The story was launched by Dr. Michael Gottlieb, a doctor at UCLA medical that was specialized in the immature science of immunology reporting his discovery of cases of pneumocystis pneumonia in only FIVE gay men in 1981. That's how Dr. Gottlieb invented new gay disease, AIDS, that was placed in a classification called primary immunodeficiencies, then later a few rare, usually congenital, diseases that fell into this category. Secondary immunodeficiencies result from the stress of another sick condition such as cancer, or from its treatments like radiation or chemotherapy (AZT), or from environmental stresses such as chemical insults, or from exhaustion, starvation (as in much of so-called African AIDS), depression (as from an AIDS diagnosis), etc. Later media twisted calling it new sex disease. (I remembered at that time i was in college in 1985 reading media/news everywhere about AIDS spreading scare by CDC (Center for Disease Control)). The system that defines primary immunodeficiencies was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). WHO has become a big international player in the game of AIDS. |

Who invented racism? Who insinuated the war on Iraq? The "insurgents" in Iraq continue to blow themselves up to prevent the interim government from gaining credibility among the populace, please note the report that the new "interim government" has confessed that Saddam Hussein started the eight-year war with Iran in 1980. Then Bush’s former Treasury Secretary, Paul O’Neill said that the Iraq war was planned just days after the President Bush was sworn into office. Who inteniontionally don't approve loan of blacks who have PERFECT credit? Obviously it shows evidence regarding racially discriminatory acts in the mortgage lending market in the USA who intenintionally don't approve loan of blacks who have PERFECT CREDIT. All mortgage lending industry in the USA violate relevant provisions of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act or the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968). A lender in violation of fair lending laws would also fail to meet its obligations under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The lender includes home appraisals as part of the mortgage lending market. There are a host of other federal laws, two Executive Orders, and many state and local laws which prohibit or relate to discrimination in mortgage lending. According to the local TV news, it said 150 mortgage subprime industries caught up in fraud tricking low-income homeowners as well as blacks and elderly by FBI investigations on the ground of scamming/money-greedy. 500,000 houses in the USA now already foreclosure status, many homeowners walked away giving up!!! |

Why are gas prices and the price of goods higher in black communities? I use official government gas price data by state site. According to the site says in the west coast, $4.00/gallon gas price hits while in the east coast, $3.52/gallon gas price hits. Of course for food price increases the rest of the USA too. But it is not impossible based on races communities to divide varies gas price/food price differently! For sure, it will cause American grew angry at the government if found out the truth. You @girl22 silly student! |
