And he has explaining to do as to why a State Government Plane is registered under private name. This is an attempted Fraud as he intends to change name from "Bank of Utah" to his name in future. The PDP constitution empowers the State Chairman to suspend any member of the Party and the suspension will take immediate effect. As soon as Amaechi is suspended, he will automatically cease to function as Governor Forum Chairman as he will by law not be a member of PDP and without a party.
