As an officer you get your 'job specification' and it is your responsibility how you do the job!

People who are not armed should be arrested and NOT killed: that is the CODE OF CONDUCT!

When an officer kills (murders) or supervises the killing of un-armed fellow officers or soldiers then it is really really really BAD!

But when you butcher unarmed men, as obvious from the foregoing, as they come out for morning PT, it is called murder, it is abominable!
