as the islamic viewpoint. Though the Qur'an is silent as to the age for
marriage, But the prophet is reported to
have said that once a child reaches
puberty, he or she is allowed to
marry.BUT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
MUST BE FULFILLED; 1. The approval of the parent must be
meet.
2. The girl in question must approve of
the marriage. .
Now tell me, where does it say that you
MUST allow your daughter to marry at a tender age. When you know that she is
not mentally, emotional, physically
ready to make such decisions. Dont
forget the prophet said 'PUBERTY' not
whatever the senate lawmakers
suggests. What this means is that spiritually we dont consider it to be a sin
if you allow or marry after attaining
puberty.

implication, am happy to clarify also:

which may arise if a girl marries at a
tender age. For that, Allah has said in the

Any honest person, with reason,

did not totally evaluate the situation, its
trend and the dangers which may arise
If the girl is too young. They failed to
carryout their duty as guardians which
is to analyse the situation and determine an age which will be totally free
relatively from girl to girl from any
medical complications. Hence, Neither
