We are doing the rod works to hang the lintels, stand the columns.

Already produced, waiting to be hoisted on the first floor columns.

High quality y16 rods as recommended.

We followed up activities on this block of flats today, more blocks laid to level everything to the lintel level.

You can also see the rods going up in between the blocks where they are supposed to be.

More iron works, wood work planned as we prepare to cast this lintel within the week.

Work has been ongoing in this site without any problems.

We have been busy in the past few days bombarding this house with enough reinforcements that will ensure its compliance to all specifications.

My carpenters are busy closing the rods with wood for us to start casting with concrete as from tomorrow.

The first decking cost us N 2,945,000.00
This first floor walls, pillars and lintels is budgeted to cost N 1, 900,000

Total till we get ready for the next decking is N 8,342,800.00

We have since completed all works on the 4th stage of this house, waiting to commence the next stage, the second decking of this house. Some of my boys are idle right now.

all the wooden platform for the deck is completed.....

I am combining iron benders with carpenters on this space,

My conduit electrical workers will be here on Monday to do their part, we are speeding along nicely.
