Please, can I still get a favourable interview date and will I still be able to finish d other processes involved like paying d SEVIS fee OR will u advice I defer d admission till spring.
Note; I am actually tired of roaming about d street here in naija o....

I'll advice you defer your admission bros, you might not get a date and on the other end, you need to prepare well for interview, but if you think you can take the risk, someone said July 30th is still available..you can give it a try..

He has to revitalize his application first. Getting a date is not a problem. To me, i suggest he needs to go for Winter Semester.

He probably has to pay some few dollars for a change of travel date. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you do not pay. Not even a dime!

I got early aug bro.. But still checking for closer date: orientation for my school is 16th(orientation is a must for international students) and school resumes on the 18th..
Still hope I can meet up with that 16th..
I just checked the portal and the next available date is 18aug... You can ask your school for extension letter and take it to the embassy, why not secure the 18th of aug first, and then keep checking the portal for closer date, if you find one, you can reshedule your appointment sharp sharp

First, you need to secure a date first before worrying if the you would meet up, you can get extension letter from your school.. Show the extension letter to the VO.. So many people have done it here and got their visas..

First of all, sorry for my academic word. I guess it threw you off balance. Your admission is good but I cannot fathom why you applied late. What you have to do right now is to get a letter of extension for your arrival and try to attach it to your documents, so that the VO would not have any prejudice to scare you.

If you can find a date which is one week before the arrival date on your i-20 you may apply. But if you can't find the best advise is to defer to spring.
