yes I know, that's why I said it's hazy. Just trying to connect the dots here. But I believe the machines use the same switching technology as the ATMs . So they ought to "see" the Payoneer card since it is a MasterCard too.

Not quite sure this applies to us here in Nigeria.

But generally you can swipe your card in many countries at POS terminals while paying for something and also get "cashback"

Your card will be charged for what you purchased + the amount you requested.

The cashier will pay you out of his/her drawer cash.

That's what came to mind when I read that.

A guy hired me through a project I once bidded for. I did a book summary of 4000 words for $16 I.e $2 for 500 words. Its been close to a week now and each time I ask him to release the milestones, he would give me excuses that he hasn't gone through them yet and that I am always in a hurry. Should I keep sending him messages or just wait till he release the milestones.

Just call or email payoneer support and say you can't pay $50 for DHL.

Hello ma peopo. It's been a while. I must say, ma 2nd month in FL was particularly difficult. Perhaps, I raised my expectations too high. Thing is, d level of tenacity I'll put into a $2 job is exactly the same as a $50 job. I was bidding for d juicy jobs n daz y ma 2nd month was crazy. Beyond all that, I realized that I was bidding too much n barely getting enough chats. It's like dropping 30 bids n getting just one person to chat u up. But that is gradually changing.

The thing shock me when I withdrew 50 into ma payoneer n dey deducted 30 as annual fee. Was dazed when I first saw the deduction cos I didn't see it coming.

I haven't really been active on FL for over 2weeks. I had to spend time with my mum in ma hometown. Tough choice between family n money. I had access to everything including a car but d network na die. This moment I have 3g on ma modem, d next moment I can't open a page. I had to stay off FL cos I won't be able to deliver. Lucky me, I got a job which involved setting of multichoice questions from some files. A completely off line job n employer has loads of files. Will leave here in 2days n face FL squarely.
