Nigerian Army: Retracting statements since 1863!!

Ure disappointed dis time. NA is honest and courageous enof to retract reports what about politicians who promise heaven on earth but wld never tot of withdrawing theirs even wen reality stares at them. I must say d Army has proven itself in d face of its own as well as Naija political challenges. What should be done now is to " give honour to whom honour is due "despite d setbcks.

LilNetty: The Defence Headquarters has insisted that it has killed Abubakar Shekau in a recent raid, in Konduga and that as a result, many of the Boko Haram foot soldiers have surrendered and laid down their weapons.

In a statements issued by the Defence Information Spokesperson, Maj. Gen . Chris Olukolade, the Army commended its men for their gallantry even in the face of extreme confrontation by the insurgents.

It further confirmed that on the 2 and 17 September 2014, the insurgents attempted to violate the security in the region and tried to enter Konduga to perpetrate their atrocities. It said that with Air and land forces deployed to handle the situation, the convoy of combat vehicles typical of terrorists’ mission that involves their top commanders, were fiercely engaged, where ”several of the terrorists including some of their commanders lost their lives in encounters which lasted an average of about 5 hours each. ”

The statement said the troops captured some of the terrorists and their equipment and as well killed Shekau. It said; ”In the course of those encounters, one Mohammed Bashir who has been acting or posing on videos as the deceased Abubakar Shekau, the eccentric character known as leader of the group died. Since the name Shekau has become a brand name for the terrorists’ leader, the Nigerian military remains resolute to serve justice to anyone who assumes that designation or title as well as all terrorists that seek to violate the freedom and territory of Nigeria,”the military warned.

The lump on the 'life' Shekau is directly on the center of his forehead. You can actually draw a line from his nose-bridge up and bisect the lump into to equal halves. The lump on on the 'dead' Shekau tilts a little to his right. Attempt to draw a bisecting line from his nose-bridge across his forehead at best only slightly slice the lump, that is if it not a tangent.

That's a corpse. And the head has obviously been smashed. It is very possible that the lump moved as a result. Carefully examine his head and see that it is somewhat irregular on the left side. (Corpse' left, your right)

My argument is built on the lump. Every other features seems to match, but the lump. And it has nothing to do with the camera angle. The lumps are not right. The dead Shekua even appears to have a bigger lump, even as it is tilted to the right!

Guys wake up and smell the roses. It is the same man. The reason why the lumps do not match is that in one picture he is dead and in the other he was alive. Duh! In the dead picture, he was bloated and in early stages of decay this is why the lump appeared to have shifted. We have to give kudos to our military although I wish they had held a press conference immediately after his death. Better late than never! The son of a bit*ch can't sell our girls anymore.
