May i suggest a Secret Brotherhood of Patriots from SouthEast who will direct the developmemt and advancement of the Igbos society and Black race.



1) The Secret group should be made of Elders, Engineers,Scientists,Military men,Billionires, Politicians,Philosophers,Gurus etc.

3) They must be Progressive in thinking



4) They must be perfectionists



5) The agenda is to build a First Class igbo society



6) The Agenda must be about leading not just copying the world



7) Other Agenda Must be the Stealing of superior Technology Secret from countries, for competetive reasons.



8. They shall Recruit the Best Talents i call "The Top Geniuses". A special fund will be created to take care of The salaries and welfare of these genius.



This is How they should go about recruiting these people: The recruits are of 2 GROUPS...



*THE FORMAL GROUP:



a) Made of the best graduates in Maths,Physics,chemistry,nanotech,engineering one can find in SE and Nigeria.



b) Best known Lecturals /coach one can find in SE and Nigeria, the lecturals for example must be best and vast in their fields such as in Nanotech,Physics,Chemistry, Structural Engineering,Maths etc. They should be able to guide the INFORMAL GROUP and the graduates



INFORMAL GROUP:


* Made of Raw talents one can find in SE and Nigeria, Like, Fabricators,Mechanics,Welders,Eletronic repairers, Vulcanizers etc



Assembling great minds for specific purposes would be counter productive unless you have Versatile Team Leaders (should come from the Formal Group) to lead the Team(Both Formal & Informal group).



Most Bright people tend to be passive or not adventerous. Gathering them together to create the next big thing or develop a hybrid space rocket for example,is like gathering exotic car parts to assemble itsself.


The "Versatile team leaders" should be able identify a given talent in each member of his team, fit it in his or her field (let say the field is car engines or carburators production) get him specialise in it, improve and refine his product.



A gifted carburator maker should not only make great carburators but also unique ones,because, believe it or not, there are thousands of unknown ways to cook a meal,refine petroleum make flying machine or stuff like that. So,your carburator must not look exactly like BMW carburators-


Thank God for the Versatile team leader whose job will also be to ensure dynamism in his team.

funding should come from government & private donation. I recommend they start with 30billion naira per year,though not enough for effectivness and somewhat too small for a project of this size,it still better than nothing.


FUNDING Private Businesses:

If you wish to go into Battery production for example,be sure to have a reasonable amount of fund and the right team. Successfully producing great batteries will attract more fund from Banks & private people.

Abeg, I need clarification on this.

Yesterday, we were arguing on how much will be needed to build one of these kind of high rising storey buildings that was posted here.
From start to finish.
I said 30million while my friend said 20 for one.
If any of u wanna start a house like that( excluding land) like how much will u budget?
For the 5 storey.
