I did not get to know the extent this rail project has gone until i saw an aerial view of it. I saw it while in an aircraft descending to ABV, that instant my eyes opened. So for those of you that are criticizing and those justifying, one thing i know is that Nigeria is moving.
I once had a little chat with Enugu state governor whom told me that it is his responsibility to provide basic amenities to his people without politicizing, commissioning and or making media hype of it because those things are peoples right. They earned it because they are meant to have it naturally. My curiosity cleared more when i joined nairaland and saw "pride of the east" thread.
Three days ago, i was at Arab road in kubwa abuja, there i saw how serious this rail project is. Thirdly, Abuja express between berger and Area 1 has been cut for the rail to pass under, the road was successfully diverted for easy flow of traffic.
Lastly, good or bad people will talk. Some will doubt like Thomas from their Village about what is happening in Equatorial Guinea, LOLZ.
But be that as it may, we are getting there but i assure you, tribal warlords will not see or be part of New Nigeria the promise land.
