Lagos vs Akwa Ibom: Lagos is number 1 while Akwa Ibom is number 7 yet Akwa Ibom delivered many projects than Lagos.

BRT is a mess, fake roads everywhere, Fashola where is our money?

So how come Rivers and Akwa Ibom are owing their workers? Where is all the money?
