Day 11 done .. was team nat for like half of the circuits today including the side lunges and I actually let out a sound that sounded like a squeal :Dmy daughter had to ask 'mummy are you ok'.. cheesy

I have one aso ebi that has been with tailor for some weeks , I hope it won't be hanging off me when its ready embarassed

Weighed myself and i have lost about 2 kg so far abd about 1 inch of the waist..like someone said looking more compact

No work. No school. Nothing doing today at all.

Yet It is almost 2:pm and I'm just getting out of bed.

My case now needs special motivation.

Hahaha. It's not that cheesy. I'm sure.

I just lost my rhythm after two weeks of vacation and eating carelessly with no exercise.
I'll get it back.
I'm almost there.
