pls where do we get it wrong as a country, Oluwa, have mercy.
how can a sane being refer to writing about ones activities in a position as joblessness?
Am not sure you are employed because if you are, then you must understood the need for CV/Resume and also why they still ask you to tell them about yourself.

Very eye opening letter and OBJ's message is clear. The problem is, if those he is speaking to live and breathe corruption, they will not heed to his message.

Attack the Message, Not the messenger.

If this letter is really written by OBJ then he should be brave enough and direct his letter to the appropriate person. The last time I checked APC is the majority in both house. I guess he is also indirectly attacking the 2016 budget............

Does anyone still take this rabblerouser serious? A man that can do anything to stay in the news. Noisemaker general, Alariwo! This man is no elder statesman as he professes to be, elder statesmen don't seek cheap publicity like this one here.

When you were sharing GMG bags during all the 'banana peel' saga, they were not corrupt. Third term jamboree nko? Transcorp deal too? Mr. Righteous! Sure!

A case of when the messenger and the message are one and the same. What moral justification does a harlot have in advising another girl to refrain from harlotry?

Whenever a very serious post like this is written, you jobless killjoys would make sure you are first to comment thereby spoiling the mood for more serious minded and realistic comments.

If you have nothing meaningful to contribute you could keep quiet rather that bring your frustrations and stupidity to the fore.

MAY 18, 2010

President Olusegun Obasanjo, who led Nigeria from 1999-2000, during which time he swore to fight corruption in the country, obtained considerable helpings of the infamous Haliburton bribe money, the Special Investigation Panel headed by Inspector-General of Police, Mike Okiro, has declared in an interim report.

I wish other past HOS can also comment on the affairs of this nation from time to time, things might have been better.
For now, this is the only writing president, others don't, he is the only one with documented records of his stewardship(rightly or wrongly), while others can't show us any.
I hope GEJ will also write one someday.

What is the essence of writing about something that you could have corrected when you had the power to do so
Please is that a reasonable thing to do?
Is it also reasonable to even consider such a letter from such a SHAMELESS leader looter
Whoever does that? shocked

Obasanjo has no moral justification to speak on this issue because himself and his entire pdp ruin Nigeria under weak, poor and corrupt leadership for good 16 years.

It was Obasanjo stupidity that led to the ceding of the rich bakassi peninsular to cameroun

Where have you been, bro

KORLAR:
Former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo has dumped the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), stating that, he is no longer interested in the party.

He reportedly tore his PDP membership card but has not declared his interest to join any other party.

Here are pictures from the press conference.

*Good Riddance: Obasanjo's PDP membership card is torn

it's the best thing to do bro.
There are 5looters, if the 5writes about their stewardship, be it lies or truth, we will have more reference to make in regards to the thieves in our midst.
He is currently the only one talking, it's either he is for our interest or against our interest, but none can really say because no one is countering him with facts as he does amongst those he attacked.

If the harlot had a terrible experience with a particular client and she tells a young harlot to keep off that client.

The younger client can listen or tell the other harlot, what moral justification does she have.

At the end the cycle will continue with Younger one learning from experience and advising the next.

I simply DON'T understand Nigerians!!!!!

I really don't get it!! Why is everyone on this forum calling for Obassanjo's head? Are we really THAT DUMB
Obasanjo in his rather detailed letter explained that the National Assembly is very corrupt and REFUSES to publish its audited budget and yet all we are concerned about is lambasting Obasanjo for what happened during his time!!!!

For those that did not bother to read the letter, the summary of the letter is that our 'honourabe' senators illegally appropriate money for themselves through the backdoor and this practice continues even though our revenue is dwindling. These senators are only interested in enriching their pockets with OUR MONEY!!

The most ANNOYING thing is that not one person on this forum actually addressed the issues that Obasanjo raised but they were more interested in crucifying him. Our senators are literally stealing our money and we don't CARE!!

Truly Nigerians DESERVE our THIEVING AND CORRUPT SENATORS!

Please keep your fake verdict to yourself.
Obasanjo administration of eight years was MORE corrupt than Jonathan administration of five years according to Transparency International of which Obasanjo and his baby-girl Oby Madam Due Process were both Board members.
So tell us something else please.
Thanks.

...F A C T.. C H E C K ...

'Obasanjo and Atiku in 8 years built one UNIVERSITY each for themselves....Bells and ABTI.
They built NONE for Nigerians.

Jonathan and Sambo in 4 years built 14 (FOURTEEN) new universities for all Nigerians.
NONE for themselves.

NOTE: OBJ and ATIKU are now consultants/sponsors/piloters/members of APC....
