Stella Oduah came properly dressed for the occasion. My grouse is simply the disconnect between the rag on her head and her dress. Both are completely out of sync with each other. The veil clearly is an improvisation... Meaning she was compelled to wear it and that is where the problem lies. Nobody is against her wearing a head-cover while in Qatar but forcing her to put that rag on her head against her will is a clear case of intimidation. It's an abuse of her rights and privileges as a representative of the Nigerian state.
