osx 9 series edition and may not support
it. it surprise me at times when users
didn't check compatibility before buying a
dongle or any other product. for example,
buying a ford focus galaxy tyre for a ford focus
saloon. obviously there would be a problem with handling.

It is a hardware problem. Their is a problem with your mobo or your screen VGA connector is broken or not properly put into its slot. It could be caused by any other issues. It is advisable to take it to your tech for proper solution. It is not something you can do on your own.

if you can press f8 on restart
until you see safe mode
select it and try opening up
notepad then try typing. can you type in safe mode

do the same for internet
explorer or Google chrome

do you have the same problem on the
internet ? mind you, some keyboard you need to
have the num lock off before you can type with the keys.


check in between the keyboard for any debris

use compress air to blow the dirt away (if any)

Your laptop has an in built sound "processor". Unless it is damaged you don't need one. However there are USB sound cards I don't know where in Naija you can get one. Have you tried Computer Village?
