Thank you for your previous reply Dr WIP, I am the guy that gained admission into METU, Ankara Campus. I have another issue pertaining my sponsor, my sponsor is not a parent but my father's friend. How does the relationship between i and my sponsor determine the outcome of my visa application, bearing in mind that he is ready to provide all documents necessary to prove that he will take up the responsibility of all expenses. Another thing is that he has never written any guarantor's letter before now, i have an idea of what the guarantor's letter looks like, but as a more experienced compatriot, i want you to advice me on how you think he should write the letter favourably, maybe you can provide a template in this regard, i will very much appreciate it.Thank you in advance |

doc wip7 pls my pman is asking if the accommodation is included in the tuition fee as in am I to pay for accommodation by the time I get there? |
Re: North Cyprus by wip7: 11:11am On Jul 01, 2015 |
benji93: For Turkish embassy, the relationship does not really count unlike Cyprus embassy/consulate that you either must be the sponsor or your parents. Meanwhile your dad's friends should state the extent he will sponsor you, in what capacity and possibly why he will be the one taking the role of your parents (tips; he may talk about your academic goals, educational prowess and need to augment your parents financial status). If he has sponsored you before on any project, he may include or reference that. Not boring and long epistle, point-based may be good and not very very big English but simple and direct (dont let him show his Queens English too much...so the man wont be scared). He should state your chosen program and duration, what kind of sponsorship he will provide (full or partial) and possibly his source of income (Chairman OANDO or Primary school teacher or whatever he is)...just in 1-2 lines will be nice. If he owns company on the letterhead will be perfect or he may borrow letterhead from where he works to support his claims. These are the points in my template for you. Wish u Success!! |

kuzee: ..It stated on the offer letter that TUITION FEES...but not TUITION AND ACCOMMODATION FEES...meaning that what is stated on the admission letter is for 1 year university tuition excluding food, living expenses, lifestyle, shopping and accommodation. After you arrive, you will have opportunity to view various accommodations (cost ranges: 1500-3500 usd/per year), then choose the one that suits your lifestyle and pocket, then pay before you move in. If you like, you may check the university website before arrival and also choose and prepay. So is flexible and there are plenty new dormitories within the university you can choose from. |

Good day Mr Wip, I've been following your thread on naira land for sometime now and I must say I'm greatly impressed by the support you have given to everyone who has seek your help. I just received my letter of acceptance from Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus to study M. Sc in Economics with thesis. I was given 50% discount on tuition fee. How much is the fee per annum for M. Sc in Economics with thesis? I was asked to deposit $4, 000. Does this cover tuition for the entire duration of the program (2years)? What's the minimum amount I'm expected to spend to get settled including the required $4, 000, accommodation and ticket fee Thirdly what are the steps I need to take from now on? |
Re: North Cyprus by wip7: 3:43pm On Jul 06, 2015 |
Pauluche: Kindly follow this link you will find the fee structure related to you, then introduce the 50% awarded to see how much you will pay for entire program. You will multiply the fee per 8 courses plus thesis (whole program). http://ww1.emu.edu.tr/emu_v1/media/assets/files/tuition-fees/tuition-fees-postgraduate-2015-16.pdf Pauluche:After you have done the eco-maths from that link, then you will know if it covers 2years or not..... Pauluche:I dont know about ticket cost, you can check with airlines websites based on time of traveling or visit the sales unit of the airlines at the airport. Accommodation ranges 1300-3500usd per year depending on choice, facilities and distance. Do the math, it will give you idea on what you need! Pauluche:First, ensure you have around 6000usd to pay for your program and then pay the minimum requested into university bank ALONE not agent bank. Ensure you have accommodation for about 2 years and ensure you have minimum of 200usd monthly at least to sustain you. Ensure you have flight fee. Steps: After you have paid the tuition, wait for confirmation from the university, proceed to Turkish embassy website for visa requirements and apply for visa, fly to Cyprus and start school, study well, pass with good grades and gather exceptional skills, graduate and go back home to rule your world.. 1 Like |

This thread is very helpful, I've been following for a year now, I give kudos to Mr wip, (More grease to your elbow sir) I sent my documents for submission to a friend who is currently schooling in EMU last week, it's been ten days now, he said he didn't hear from the institution and i am sure the acceptance letters must have been out, but he said the school has not yet released the acceptance letters, he submitted the documents to one agency called "Pyramids agency" how am I sure if the documents are really submitted or do I have to apply directly myself? the names of the applicants are: 1.Samuel Asah 2. Olusegun Otunba |
Re: North Cyprus by godsong(f): 10:32am On Jul 10, 2015 |
shegxxymyth11: *Note for those I helped out with the Near East University admission and those wanting to school in Near East, Near East UNiversity would be sending the first list of fall applicants name to the embassy late July . Please apply for the visa interview appointment by last week of July or first week of August, one of the student i helped went ahead to apply after I told him to chill and he ended up wasting his transport fair and hotel bill because they told him his name hasn't been sent by the school, he was ask to come back to drop his passport when the school sends the list.. **Note For those mailing and calling to inquire about the paid assistanship for masters and Phd students, please you have to gain admission into Near East University first, after which your lecturer would asses your qualities to place your on a job that you fit based on your qualities. |

I know this not the Poland section but think it might benefit someone Study on 100% scholarship for the first year in University Of Labour Safety Management In Katowice and Humanitas University, Poland You only pay tuition just in the 2nd and final year €2700 - €3000 masters programs available. Besides the obvious fact that the tuition fees are cheaper than Universities in North Cyprus, you get to complete your Bachelor's program faster (3 years), Cost of living is cheaper Accommodation on campus €100 - €150 per month (you pay on a monthly basis). But limited programs on offer in English. Good luck with your application.. 1 Like |

Good morning everyone. I like to know the list of documents required for attestation as a master student and is the attestation done at both ministry of education and foreign affairs in Abuja. Also, as I will be sponsoring myself, do I need to attest my bank reference letter. I received my conditional acceptance letter and I have paid the required 1000€ for unconditional acceptance to ciu this September . Thanks |
