Saying 50/50 does not in any form of way mean that I will disrespect my man, Why should I , in 50/50 he respects and loves me, and I him. We work together and make decisions together, he suggests things, and if I dont like it, i wont have to bend to his will immediately because he knows that I have EQUAL rights to the marriage so he will hear what I have to say.

If he is more comfortable doing some thing, and vice versa, why wouldnt it work?
I dont mind footing the bill for things, it shows responsibility and willingness to put effort towards your home.
