You should find a way to let her go. Why? Just for your sanity.
It is easy to say "pretend you never saw anything". But you are human and not a machine. Her presence will continue to be a psychological trauma to you.
Heck! Give her money to start something for herself just to keep her away from you if you care. One way or the other her promiscuity will eventually affect your business.
