Besides if u have a president like Saddam Hussein how support terrorist then I think u should be invaded at least for regime change. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want someone like Saddam Hussein to be your president.

Russia still sell weapons to terrorist, drug cartels and all. Infact a documentary of how one Russia general almost sold a submarine to a drug cartel is on Netflix.
