It's a rented 4 bedroom flat. And it was rented by his wife. He has said so many times during his interviews. He has a home but doesn't have a property in lagos.

The only property he owns is at Ontisha.

That was in late 2018. Do you have proof that he actually owned a house in Lagos in 2018? If so then I believe that you are right that he lied about this. If not, however, then that just doesn't prove anything.
