Bitterness, envy and hate is the true religion of Africans and Black people

Why would a soul who is righteous and has holy spirit directing his deeds have any objection if his neighbours child covers her own head with scarf, hijab or African Gele/Head gear

Africans have deeply rooted problems that superceds Religion or Politics

And until Africans begin to act properly like higher intelligent being nothing will work, even Jesus Christ would denounce them in heaven because their bitterness doesn't represent his ideology

.

And you also bitter because a pastor decided to wear his clerical?

why are only MEN carrying this on their heads?

i would have thought that female lawyers would be the ones running around dressing as female religious leaders

and as always i will point, the lazy, flawed and illogical reasoning behind all these stunts.

get the equivalent of a woman in hijab - hijab is not a dress worn by muslim religious clerics. it is a dress worn by muslim women

so first and foremost, if you are serious, and not just a clown - identify the clothing worn specifically by christian women and wear that to court

or you can continue making clown of your selves like the naked emperor looking silly and refusing to admit it

at least this fool did not decide to dress like a dibia or whatever that was

hopefully he will also wear these robes EVERYWHERE, like muslim women do - let him display the full extent of the 'madness' as they are all calling it.

Or maybe we should ask him what hijab has done to indecent dressing too. Ladies want to look hot and at the same time wear hijab.
infact fake Muslim girls now only cover their hair and tuck the rest inside shirt

Then display all cleavage, after all na hair the be the cult concern

Muslim woman go dey bleep, her concern would be to cover her head to be holy grin

If a Muslim can wear hijab to court why will a traditionalist not his own attire? Tolerate others and their religion, it's freedom of religion.

If he likes, he can wear only elastic pant to the court. That is his problem. The ruling on hijab has been stamped and sealed. Are these lawyers not good enough to defeat the Muslims lawyers at the court?

These people shouting now are the cause of the case. Why were those ladies harassed with their hijabs? At least only few of them were using it then. Why can't they be ignored? But your hatred for Islam led you to this level.
that’s the problem when someone speak in this country they tag it hatred, has it ever occurred to you that schools recommended uniforms for every student that is admitted into their schools? Why then would anyone want to compromise it by wearing hijab? If you can’t stop putting on hijab then Go to a Muslim school where you can practice your religion in full, stop calling it hate when you know fully well that schools recommended only uniforms if everyone starts dressing with their traditional and religion attires to school and public offices I believe you will not like it, let’s call a spade a spade Nigeria is not a sharia country it’s comprise of both Christians and Muslims with other religions the supreme court ruling is filled with emotions and religious sentiments

The person wearing the hijab never claimed to be holier. You guys just assumed that. It is just a piece of cloth they feel like putting on. Same way the person wearing isi-agu never laid claim to being a lion.

Your motive is clear enough from your comment. Why didn't the other religion respect the fact that they don't exist alone in this country as there are several religion and as such respect for every other religion is important. Is this the peace they claim?

Christian, and other religions must push this to a logical conclusion.
Enough of the sectionalism.
We must wear our robes and attire to the court and formal institutionns.
I noticed NBA are putting up two Northerners for their coming election.
I hope this is not going to be a real mistake.

Tanko was a Judicial enemy that was sent to redicle the NJC
With common sense, everyone has he/her or right to wear what ever he/she wants but there should be a clause that states that there should be a dress code in every sector, every organization, school etc has the right to enforce its code of dressing.
This issue is not about Muslim VS other religions, it is about morality, respect for every legal individual or organization, tribe or religion.
The NJC must act fast or else it will create a legal crisis in the country.
Tanko is a disaster and disgrace to his family
Awolowo VS Shagari's case comes to mind
Will a Muslim medical doctor operating on his child or relative adorn hijab instead of the theater kits? Will a Christian medical doctor operating on his child or relative adorn choir robe instead of theater kits?
Dress codes for different professions should be allowed to be without interference, all these things will ruin this country.

It's an infringement on his right. Religion aside, the Supreme court decision must be obeyed to the latter. What is good for your religion is good for others as well. Nobody can monopolize madness.
Take a lot at it this way. Muslims wear hijab all the time and it's part of their dressings. Some even feel naked without hijab. How many Christians or pastors have u seen wearing robe up and down or how many traditional religion have u seen wearing charm cloth on the road. It's basically for ceremonial.
We shouldn't always rant on top irrelevant matters. We should all focus on electing the right candidate in forthcoming presidential election

There's what is called dress code in every organization which must be adhere to by its members. The supreme court should have made this known instead of giving a chaotic ruling on religious matter. The man in question is an ordained pastor whose right must be respected.
NOTE that the supreme court has flung opened the gate of madness. It's just the beginning!

keep shut if you have nothing to say

Who made it a norm and who defines what is norm

That Muslims wear hijab all the time doesn't normalize it from a religious wear

You then don't tell Christian's when to wear and not wear their regalia

The Supreme Court's ruling on the wearing of hijab to public schools by female students has thrown up more questions than answers and it challenges the constitutional declaration of Nigeria as a "secular state".

The pronouncement by the SC appears to recognize religion over the constitutional provision which this judgment runs foul of.

Religion must never be allowed to supersede the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which is the grundnorm.

Unless there's a constitutional review and revert to the status quo, it would only be a recipe for chaos since what's good for the goose, they say, is good for the gander.
