I’m paralleling the progress of Chief Ladoke Akintola station near me. I don’t want to be ahead of them because I’m building for the Lagos crowd that will come.

I really am not sure about the thickness of the German floor offhead.

I'm seeing pictures and vlogs of the construction seems it's coming up nicely...they don't seems to have cement issues

How's the price of cement now?

Any Airbnb factored in or make I change my Ibadan weekend plans cool

I bet if she was successful, she would have become another motivational speaker, so called influencer or lifestyle guru..........

Her sheep, would simply be chasing shadows........ wink

So many of these lifestyle vloggers on YouTube now. They talk about it like it's nothing, even offering discounts to their followers. Thanks to the lockdown I've been consuming a large dose of these content.

So sad all the little kids without a mummy

All these for 5 stations oooo.
You people will just sit on your computer and be assuming cost of things. How many computers, Servers and other equipment do you think was brought in for the project and how much do you think Server sells for now?

Been looking forward to this for over a year now, but totally disappointed the contract is only for the Kaduna abuja line... what's the point when the lagos Ibadan track was already in lagos then....and looking at it its overpriced for just that line. The contract should be for the whole Kano- lagos!!!

Solid company and partners though

why does the govt have to outsource e-ticketing when it has a govt owned IT company called Galaxy Backbone?

What has galaxy backbone done recently that's worthy....they should also stop waiting for government contract...let them compete with foreign firms to show their own competency

Heard about them but nothing extra ordinary yet..

I keep on hearing certain players in the aviation sector whining about how challenging and almost unprofitable it is to participate in the aviation sector. Yet, every time I blink, a new airline gets floated. Now, this time, it's going to be four at once taking to the skies.

How then do we explain this extraordinary phenomenon? I thought the sector kills start-ups. So, why are these new firms popping up so quickly despite the multi-pronged issues in that sector?

such as....?

Nigerian airlines are sooo pathetic

You know, Airlines with 3 or 4 functioning airplane telling us how they are about to re-shape the air industry....

none of them talking about more customer satisfaction, crashing the price, less cancellations....

it’s just funny how we can’t even trust a Nigerian “policy” because of how Nigeria is. grin

Unless we find someone that has experienced it, we won’t believe it— no wonder we come here having trust issues! grin

Unless I find MANY people....because that someone might know someone who can call someone that has access to Oga at the top!!

This is really good news though i don't know how the implementation will be

That's the issue with Nigeria, what's on paper to the world will turn to something else

claremont:

This is good news for those of us whose passports expired over 5 years ago and can't be bothered to renew it. The previous policy was that dual nationals with expired Nigerian passports had to apply for a visa to visit their own country of birth.

Really good news if it's as stated. Can't wait to get the 10year version

I believe we can afford it, but some people will rather share 60% of the project cost among themselves.

We can't.....we are only managing 5000MW at the moment.....this will require something on a grand scale

I really need more info about this, my passport expired last year and if this news is true then i don't have to worry about dealing with Nigerian embassy

Same here, not found much explanation apart from bits and Bob

https://www.mondaq.com/nigeria/work-visas/904728/the-nigeria-visa-policy-nvp-2020

Entry of Nigerian citizens with other passports- The policy introduces multi-year, multi-entry visa classes for Nigerians in the diaspora with dual citizenship enabling them to enter Nigeria with the passports of other nations.

I really appreciate your kind gesture, a month ago I didn't imagine myself to be in this situation, and talking of savings, I have no savings anywhere but I have a shop and some stocks which the NCC just rendered useless by stopping us from selling, I just I'll be able to gather something and selling other things in my shop, but those loans are just too little to start something tangible, I always pity my girl cos she's so loyal of not for the pressure her family mounts on me because of the baby things, and I'm even out of foodstuffs at home and I don't mind taking another loan which are being declined, I'm sinking more into debt and I'm not really prepared for things to come, I'll become very miserable in these coming weeks if I remain like this. The baby list that was given to her from her hospital is below.

can you get some of these items from the same vendor, get a receipt with the vendors account number?

The issue remains that bubu did not honour the law in place. Which is not a new thing.

is there no other business idea that enters into the head of these stupid elites than airline business, Haba

airline business is no longer profitable, assist peace airline to expand rather than creating unnecessary competition. invest in your local airline peace airways.

Corona virus destroyed the airline business, and it's no longer profitable, Haba use ur empty skull for once.

every state wants to own airline even making the airline sink more, look at neighboring Ethiopia airways, south Africa airways, learn from them, one national carrier is enough biko

Airline business is not profitable but saying a private business should invest in another to avoid creating competition is a bit..... why didn't air peace support arik and dana

Should all those modular refineries coming up close shop to 'support' dangote refinery

They're starting with 50 aircraft, all airbus.

Omo this ones mean business. I don't think any other privately owned airline owns that much aircraft presently. I stand to be corrected tho

They are not starting with 50 they signed an mouth doesn't equate to getting 50 all at once...after all we only have like 3 or 4 profitable routes in Nigeria at the moment
