If the report says 3 months, then you might likely be the one it all depends on when you guys had the Sex. Babies in the womb don't count months the way we count ours, thats the more reason Doctors cannot give you and accurate date for delivery rather they give you expected date. From my experience, babies in the womb counts by moon.

At early pregnancy, ultrasound scans are not accurate in detecting age of pregnancy. It's accuracy increases as the pregnancy approaches the second trimester (12weeks). A repeat scan at a later date is advisable.

It is usually calculated from the first day of her last period, and not on the day you had intercourse.

Know this bro. If a woman is ovulating which means she is approximately two weeks to next period and she makes love and git fertilized, as soon as that next period is missed and she goes for a test, the doctor will say she is a month pregnant.

If your idea of 3 months pregnancy is actually about 10 weeks, bro you have impregnated her.

A missed period means one month pregnant and not zero month. So if you slept with her two months ago, the pregnancy could actually be yours. Start anti natal on time pls

Oga, is your own cup of tea. whether you accept it or not, you are doing yourself. All everyone here is advising you is to do your research. As of now, the lady said she has not had sex for 6 years until you came in according to you. Just do your part and don't maltreat her until the baby is born and then go for a DNA test unless you and the lady involve are not planning to have a baby.

Relax, go meet a medical personnel for more explanation.
Medically, pegnancy date counting start from the day she saw her period last. This is, the final day of her last menstruation which might be several days of even a couple weeks before she actually got pregnant.

please don't conclude yet, pregnancy test doesn't come out in months it come out in weeks, 4 weeks makes a month, go for scan, get the actual date she had her last period, get the date you had sex, correlate with the result of the scan and see if it is yours or not, if you are not still satisfy don't agrue with her just tell her, when she deliver you will do DNA to confirm if the baby is yours, let her know it is a taboo in your family to sleep with preganacy that you are not sure it is your own becos it may cause death for both parties ,let see if she will feel remorseful.

but don't totally ignore her until you confirm the baby is not yours . if you ignore her she might be bitter for the rest of her life and at the end you come find out the baby is yours.

This is the most realistic explanation. Pregnancies I believe are in weeks; most times the tests give a margin of + or - 2 weeks. If she's pregnant two months after you'd sex, the pregnancy result is most likely the foetus is 12 weeks old (which in calendar terms = 3 months) but when you +/- the 2 weeks period, oga sir, you've just become a potential father. Except she slept with someone else just before or immediately after she met you but if she states otherwise, you done did it.
Meanwhile, did you guys do it raw or the condom been dey leak? If the former, if konji abi love hold you reach where you fit knack girl without contraceptive/protection & she come get belle, you should be man enough to own the outcome please.

Pregnancy gestation is usually calculated from the last date of a woman's menstrual period which is usually 2 weeks before her ovulation. You may have had sex just very close to her ovulation.
If you can remember the exact date you had sex and ask her the exact date of her last period, you can do the maths.
Possibly you are the father of the child.

I'm shocked about the comment of some people here..if you have not had any experience or being a medical practitioner, u don't have any moral right to tell the poster that he is responsible or not

Firstly, poster you have to do Ultrasound to determine the age of the fetus, when you say that u only had sex with her, u dint give the detail cos 2 months ago can be u had sex late May or early June..when it comes to pregnancy we check it base on weeks not month for accuracy, only ultrasound will give the detailed analysis or better still you can ask your woman wen last she saw her period that 14thday from the day her menses began is her ovulation so which means if you had unprotected sex with her from the 7th day to 16th from the day of her menses began then..you are likely

so if ultrasound indicate that she pregnant from 10th week and above then you are not responsible depending if you are sure that you have sex with her within 8weeks DOWN if not CONGRATULATION PAPA EJIMA.
